Huge Props! We have been having small issues with our AC unit since we bought our house two years ago. After having repairs by a company that our home warranty sent, we decided to have Mac's come out and do a complete inspection of the unit and the ducts. Thank God we did, the service tech found what the home warranty company, the home inspector and the original installer failed to see. The original installer never changed the natural gas fitting to the propane fitting. Needless to say the unit which is older is now shot, but if he had not found that we probably would have kept repairing the unit here and there which was leaking carbon monoxide and all sorts of bad stuff into the house. I can't give enough gratitude for that!!

Decided to give Mac's a call due to a broken faucet. I am really glad I chose them... the staff was exceedingly pleasant, and Tommy, the technician dispatched to my house did a thorough inspection and charged me a fair rate to install my faucet. The service charge was included in the total... which was very reasonable. I will definitely patronize Mac's if I have any future plumbing issues.

Thanks to Mac's team! New AC installed professionally and expertly today. Looking forward to a night's sleep without the ceiling fan and generously lent portable! Most responsive company I have worked with and Steve aka Mac and team provide excellent pricing, service and honest recommendations. Though truthfully they had me when they offered to bring the portables the day I called and said my system wasn't working. No other company I talked to even thought to offer a temporary solution until I could get the new system.

Just had Edward at Mac's Plumbing come to my home to install a new heat pump water heater that was part of a SMUD rebate program.

Our 16yr old water heater is in need of a replacement. Was not happy with a quote from another contractor so contacted Mac base on seeing the reviews here. Steve came out and was very friendly and gave reasonable quote. JC & ED came out the next day for the installation. These two are the nicest friendly people I have ever met for the first time. It was like we are old pals. Installation was smooth and got a lot of friendly advice from ED & JC. I will definitely calling Mac again for all my plumbing & AC needs. I heard about the SMUD program concerning rebates for electric water heaters.Mac's plumbing was one of the company's that smud recommended.l made an appointment with the most friendly and helpful coordinator kristyn,she set up
an appointment with Steve , the owner. Steve came out and explained the advantages of going electric. (Especially with all the rebates). Fast forward,the technician A.J.did an excellent job. Clean and neat as a whistle.what better way can I endorse a company like Mac;s plumbing? I am 76 years old and I have never had a more satisfying experience with any other contractor.My only regret is not recommending them sooner!

I contacted Mac's Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, because the pilot light in our water heater had gone out which, unfortunately, works in conjunction with our furnace, so we had no hot water or heat. I was desperate with the weekend ahead of us, because my 98 year old mother lives with my husband and myself. Even though they had a full schedule, Steve was kind enough to stop by and light the pilot for us. He also found there was a defective part, which he ordered, so he could return and replace it the following week. It was a relief to have someone understand that with an elderly person in our home it had become an urgent situation and arrive in a timely manner to care for us. We had met Steve once before when our son had his water heater repaired and Steve had done a wonderful job, so he was the first call we made. We will absolutely call Mac's Plumbing for our future needs and refer them to our friends, because we have faith that the work will be completed properly.

We got a quote from Steve, the owner, in person for a new water heater. We wanted to take advantage of the SMUD rebate currently being offered. Steve was very knowledgable and personable. We appreciated him explaining everything to us, including the different types of water heater we can get with the rebate and what steps would be taken if we decided to go with them.

AJ and Isaac were the ones who helped us install the new water heater. They were both great and worked efficiently together. AJ explained everything in detail to me after the installation and was thorough with making sure I had no more questions before they left. Great customer service! I would come back to this company for other services too. Thanks AJ and Isaac! :)

Today I had Mac's Plumbing Heating and air. This was my third company out. I called on Sunday and a lady called me right back. My AC was not working and I asked if I could get an appointment Monday morning. She told me it should not be a problem. Monday morning before 8:30am they had a tech out. AJ was great! He took a look at everything showed me what was going on. I actually had wires that were burnt and another part that was fried. He went over everything got me up and running and I finally had cold air.

Macs just put in a new furnace for me I can't tell how painless this was great people at Macs from the office to the owner and the tech AJ what a great guy if you have Macs ask for AJ. Macs Plumbing heating and air you is a good choice.
