Installed Amazon water softener. Matt seemed very knowledgeable and completed installation in 4 hours. So far so good: first day. I will update reviews if it breaks down, but Matt was courteous and helpful. Estimate was accurate and cheaper than Amazon home services estimate.

Please do not use this company. They are not ethical. I was given a $4500 quote to tear up our kitchen to fix a clogged sink. Called for a second opinion to break up the floor, 2nd plumber said he could fix it with his standard metal snake. He worked on it for a couple hours and only charged me $282.43. I would highly recommend calling Kinsey Plumbing Services instead. I still can't believe I was on the verge of spending $4500. Neighbors, please go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

American Home Shield sent this contractor to me for toilet & hot water heater repair. They contacted me promptly, showed up on time and with no muss or fuss, resolved my issues. Matt was very professional and polite. I had read some negative reviews, but usually people just complain because they like to or have a negative experience. Reviews are just other people's opinions. As in movies, restaurants and other businesses, unless there is absolutely NOTHING positive in numerous reviews, I give the chance. I am glad I did with this company and would use them again if I needed a plumber. 5 Stars. *****

This company is the worst plumbers I have ever had. Jerry did some work for me in my bathroom and after he left, I noticed my faucet was very loose. When I called them back Jerry said he did not do anything to make the faucet loose and if I wanted it fixed, it was going to cost me another payment. He was yelling at me and very unprofessional. So now I have to get someone to fix the faucet they he messed up.

We had an issue with our water heater leaking and we were not getting any hot water. Called AHS and they set us up with MacLin Plumbing. We had a great experience from the moment MacLin called to schedule an appointment. They responded in a timely manner, very professional. The technician Matt was friendly, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and was able to resolve our problem while he was here.

Came out quickly to do an estimate. Did not have the parts so came back to repair a week later. He made the repair on the wrong bathroom and after my father brought this to his attention, Charged an additional $250 to repair the correct bathroom.I called to speak with the office manager and nothing was resolved, as his employee had a whole different story. They took advantage of the situation and an elderly couple on a fixed income. I would not recommend this business.

Jerry came out, was very prompt, professional and courteous! He fixed my toilet issue and also fixed another problem that he didn't initially come out for. I highly recommend!

Jerry and Matt came out and quickly diagnosed what we thought was a slab leak, and found that it was a pipe leak in the wall. What we thought was a $2800-$3500 bill coming turned out to be a $100 30 minute fix. Great diagnosis and execution of the problem. We will use them from now on.

They came out quickly and completed the job. The plumber had 18 years experience and I feel did a good job. My problem is their pricing. They came out for the estimate and said they have to dig 6" down to replace this cut off valve and this was the price. I had called another plumber and was given a quote similar without looking at the site. The plumber arrived and I started a stopwatch. He was complete in less than 1 hour. I requested a itemized receipt for parts and labor. Parts $32.50, Labor for 1 hour $440. This is with a 10% discount. Feeling very gouged. :(
