Thank you! McGinnis Plumbing you will be my go to for anything Plumbing! Everyone was super friendly, helpful and professional from the first call to fixing my issue. Thank you Heather and the plummer Jim who came out to our home. I have new counters, sink and water purification system installed a month ago. The plummer that came as part of the kitchen package installed the garbage disposal,dishwasher, new sink, faucet and water purification system. He incorrectly wired the garbage disposal tripping our circuit breakers with each run of the disposal, he had to return to fix this problem. 4 weeks later water is now leaking from under our sink. I couldn't deal with sorting this out with installers/ plummer. Being suspicious of plummer #1, I called McGinnis Plumbing. Jim checked everything and found hot water line was leaking because it wasn't tightened properly, nor was the garbage disposal line done correctly. Jim tightened everything properly and throughly, fixed the disposal line, made sure there were no drips, ran dishwasher and made sure the problem was totally resolved. He graciously looked at another leak outside our home and quickly fixed the leak. I am so appreciative of the attention to detail and the pride in doing things correctly. Thanks again!!

There when I needed them!

When I walked into my laundry room early in the morning and there was a spreading pool of water coming between my cement slab and my brick wall, McInnis plumbing was there almost right away. Other plumbers I called couldn't come out for hours or days. When they got to the house they immediately started working to find the source of the leak. Everyone I dealt with was kind, friendly, and sympathetic to the stress of this situation. They were clear with me about my options, the benefits and risks. I have an older house so it was a lot to weigh out but they were very patient and helpful. I highly recommend them, and would call again in an emergency!

They give a two hour window and call when they are on their way, and they have never kept us waiting beyond that window. They diagnose the problem expediently, explain it , explain all costs, and then either fix it or schedule a time to do so. They clean up, take everything with them.

Professional from the beginning to end. I highly recommend you give these guys a call for your plumbing needs. I just bought a home that needed a complete repipe from polybutylene to pex. They explained to process to me thoroughly, and did exactly what they had told me they would do. This project involved drywall removal and then drywall patching, which was done in a very precise and careful manner. I have been a fan of Macinnis Plumbing since the first time they cam out for minor plumbing issues. Always professional, reliable, effective and reasonable.I have since hired them for an emergency water tank failure when out of town, handled beautifully. And, hired them to handle the plumbing in a kitchen remodel, again, beautiful work. That being said, nothing compares to the decency of Mike Macinnis, the owner, and his loyalty to a customer. This past weekend, Saturday, 3:30 pm, I had an outside water connection break and the only solution was to turn off water to the entire house. Called Macinnis, left a garbled message about an emergency, received a call back and had service in 1/2 hour. Mike left the comfort of his home, family, weekend and the U of A game, in order to help. Came with a smile , fixed the problem and was genuinely happy to have helped. He saved my weekend, anxiety level and sanity. Thank you for the excellence you always bring.
