Had issues with our hot water heater. Called in the morning and help was here within hours. The tough news of hearing a new water heater would be needed was greatly mitigated by a VERY fair estimate and immediate replacement. Was extremely impressed with their professionalism and highly recommend them without hesitation.

MacInnis Plumbing from a friend of mine. Mike & his crew pulled out old tub, installed new tub & removed all the old sink & shower fixtures & installed new fixtures, valves & if needed pipes in the 2 bathrooms & kitchen. I also had a sewer drainage problem & again MacInnis plumbing replaced old corroded pipes in a timely manner. Mike always gives me peace of mind in any project his company has done for me. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done & answers all my questions. Mike & MacInnis Plumbing is trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable & friendly with fair pricing. If any other projects arise I will continue to use his company & will refer him to others.

While we seen water coming out of a kitchen wall, we needed a very trustworthy plumber to locate and fix the problem. My brother that works with many different realtors and contractors told me to call Mike MacInnis Plumbing. They came out just a few hours after my call and found the reason for the leak, but it was from the A/C unit. I also needed a new shut off valve to the house, I noticed that the old gate valve that was on there was not shutting off the water to the house completely. He put on a new ball valve that I wish was on there in the first place. I'm glad to at least have that done and he only charged me for the replacement of the valve. The guys that come out are very professional and courteous, most importantly honest and inexpensive labor compared to others I've had in the past. I'll be using them again next time I need a plumber and I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had an issue with a broken pipe back in the spring. I had began working with another Plumber and the quote they gave me was outrageous.

A co-worker gave me Mike's name and he came out and not only saved me money but did a fantastic job. His crew was great and I can not say enough positive things about Mike. I will continue to use MacInnis Plumbing and refer them out.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike MacInnis and his plumbing company. There is a value in dealing with someone who cares about the products being used and very clean professional services. His integrity and caring were just shown to us when we called his company on a Saturday morning because of a leak in the bathroom. I thought it was a bad fitting. He came out and discovered a crack in the toilet tank. It was a fairly new unit and we were all surprised. He pulled it out and went and got a new one and installed it. The total bill to us was nothing, and he apologized to us for any inconvenience. If you are in need of a plumber, call MacInnis Plumbing for excellent work, reasonable prices, and absolute integrity.

The first guy who looked at our water heater said the new tall one we wanted would have the exhaust pipe too close to the ceiling. Mike MacInnis said there were a couple ways he could install the water heater we wanted with no building code problems. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price and did not make or leave a mess. He also installed a new cartridge in our leaking Kohler shower faucet, a task which is not as easy as it looks in the Kohler video.
When the building inspector saw the new hot water heater he said ""Everything looks fine."".
In addition to his excellent work Mike also answers his phone instead of letting it go to voicemail and shows up on time.

My husband and I returned from Europe dismayed to find wet carpet outside the hall bathroom. Fearing the worst, we did a bit of research, and decided MacInnis was the plumber we needed.
Jim showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired/replaced a couple items we didn't even know were wrong before they got worse, and dealt with our main leaking problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, kept us informed every step of the way, and charged a reasonable price.

Called at the end of January to get a water heater replaced. The receptionist was very helpful in getting it scheduled the next morning. They communicated when they were on the way. We gave them access to the house and when they were done they followed up and send the invoice. Love this company and recommend them!
