It was my brother that suggested I reach out to this company after doing some research on their work, and they sure delivered. Competitive pricing and reasonable people combined with quality work. This folks, is very VERY hard to find. Abel and Alberto were super nice and answered a lot of our random plumbing related questions and gave us a lot of advice. I'm definitely keeping this company in my contact list primarily because it's so hard to find good people like this company. Full disclosure, there are a lot more people becoming more aware this company so if you got an emergency job that's complicated, good luck. No fault to them, it's the side effect of being recognized for their great work and Abel really cares about giving customers quality. So if you got time flexibility give these guys a shot, it's worth the wait.

Used Macias plumbing before and they were great. I tried to use them again and it was a poor experience. On the day of the appointment, the tech had to reschedule. No problem, I understand last minute things can happen. So we rescheduled and on the day of they just canceled without rescheduling. I had an urgent issue that needed to be fixed and they were unreliable. I wasted a few days waiting for them! (_)?

Woke up this morning to a broken water heater. I called and left a message and they called back quickly. Abel said they would be here between 12 and 2 pm and they arrived a little after noon. They replaced the water heater and got us running. Awesome job.

Macias plumbing is great. We've called Abel multiple times for different plumbing work that needed to be done. Washer valve replacement and hookup, hot water heater replacement, and leaks and water intrusion in the crawlspace. He's so kind, reliable, has fair pricing and always gets the job done! Able Macias came out and looked at the job. We needed to have our townhouse repiped because of a slab leak.

The quote from Macias Plumbing was very competitive and he uses all of the quality materials.

My father is a plumber out of town and I grew up on job sites so I am aware of good vs. bad when it comes to plumbers, and materials. I have had a slew of issues with plumbers in San Diego since trying to find someone to do our repipe.

I had some questions about the details of what he was going to do for the repipe and Able came out and met me at the house and walked the job with me to clarify some questions I had. When I met with him I was very impressed with his professionalism.

We really liked Able, but ended up going with another company because we also wanted to upgrade our AC system and the other company was able to accommodate us in getting the AC done as well as the repipe.

With that said, we didn't use him, but he offers competitive pricing, uses good materials and gave us top shelf professionalism.

Even though we didn't use him, our experience with him was five stars.

I would recommend him to others and I would hire him if we need future plumbing issues.
