Jose was the most professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and provided a reasonable estimate. His team kept me informed during the entire process. I am extremely happy. this guy named Able Macias is a thief!!! he takes your deposit and doesn't deliver the service . please DO NOT TRUST THIS THEIF. he has taken $1000 deposit to do demolition in my bathroom . brought random inexperienced worker for couple of hours to show he is doing the job . then he took off before even the job is done ! created a big mess in my bathroom . This guy is a total looser without a license to do simple tasks . He is under investigation from state of California for frauds!

It was my brother that suggested I reach out to this company after doing some research on their work, and they sure delivered. Competitive pricing and reasonable people combined with quality work. This folks, is very VERY hard to find. Abel and Alberto were super nice and answered a lot of our random plumbing related questions and gave us a lot of advice. I'm definitely keeping this company in my contact list primarily because it's so hard to find good people like this company. Full disclosure, there are a lot more people becoming more aware this company so if you got an emergency job that's complicated, good luck. No fault to them, it's the side effect of being recognized for their great work and Abel really cares about giving customers quality. So if you got time flexibility give these guys a shot, it's worth the wait.

Used Macias plumbing before and they were great. I tried to use them again and it was a poor experience. On the day of the appointment, the tech had to reschedule. No problem, I understand last minute things can happen. So we rescheduled and on the day of they just canceled without rescheduling. I had an urgent issue that needed to be fixed and they were unreliable. I wasted a few days waiting for them! (_)?

Woke up this morning to a broken water heater. I called and left a message and they called back quickly. Abel said they would be here between 12 and 2 pm and they arrived a little after noon. They replaced the water heater and got us running. Awesome job.
