We noticed that a puddle was forming over the EBMUD meter cover. EBMUD told us that it was a leak in the house line (i.e. not their problem). We contacted a contractor friend who recommended Lupian Plumbing. I exchanged texts and emails with Jose on Sunday afternoon and he said he'd send a crew at 8 am on Monday (Memorial Day, no less). They arrived before 8 and had the leak diagnosed and fixed in less than two hours. The bill was extremely reasonable, the crew was really nice, they had masks and practiced social distancing, and the leak is gone. Highly recommended.

Just completed work with Jose of Lupian Plumbing. Jose and his team were amazing - he came over to our house at our convenience (i.e., after work on a week day), gave us a very competitive quote, and began and completed the work (not a small job) within a few days with a very professional crew. Jose was extremely responsive via text and worked with us for what made sense for us. We got a permit for the work and we passed with flying colors. And Jose guarantees his work. Jose and his assistant installed water and venting for a new laundry. They did a great job and left the place cleaner than when they started. Jose had to go up into my crawlspace that had 35 year old blown in insulation. He was very careful masking the entire area with plastic so nothing came down into the house. So thoughtful. It could have been a huge and toxic mess. His fee was less than half of my next closest estimate! He even replaced a leaky flapper on my toilet at the end of a long day. Thanks so much Jose.

Lupian was awesome! I called at 7am to see if anyone could come fix our leaking sink and they were here by 8:20am and got the job done before 10am! Reasonsable prices, super professional and good work! Highly recommend and we'll definitely be calling them again when we need a plumber!

Another plumber gave me an estimate of $400 to replace 2 leaky shut off valves -- $750 total if they installed a new faucet.

Lupian did some trouble shooting on my faucet -- did not need to replace it. Nor did the shut off valves need replacing, just tightening.

This is the 3rd/4th time he's come through for me, including an emergency replacement of an exterior faucet that was ancient and crumbled off when I attached a hose to it.

My wife and I (Ron S.) just had an excellent plumbing experience. We had an inspection and needed 6 things done: new water heater, seismic shuttoff valve installation, metal sheathed ""no-burst"" clothes washer connectors...We were referred to Lupian Plumbing by a friend. His team showed up when they said they would (Yesterday), on time, and with a smile and an attitude of ""No problem, we got it. Whatever you need."" And it was exactly that: no problem, and at a fair price. Thank you Jose and Octavius.

Had a leaking Hot Water Heater and Jose sent an employee out within one hour and he fixed the leak quickly and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with the service and the fee was very reasonable. Certainly will call him again.

Wow. I closed on a house today and knew that there was a major leak at the water heater that would need to be fixed. I texted Jose at 8am this morning, asking if he could replace it with a tankless water heater. By 6pm, the job was done (beautifully). He had to pull in some guys to work on it, so they were four, working diligently. So professional, and he really took the time to explain to me what he had done, what problems he encountered (and overcame), and what I should look out for in the future. I will for sure use Lupian for all my future plumbing needs.

Woke up to a bursted pipe and started hunting for a plumber. I read some reviews about Lupian Plumbing and thought I'd give them a try. At 8am they answered the phone and sent a guy over by 10am (arrived on time, as promised). Andy crawled under my house, which has only an 18"" clearance and was very polite and explained what he was looking at as he investigated the problem. I actually learned something about my house! He identified the issue and called his boss to get a second opinion. The owner of the company came promptly over and agreed with the plan. Three hours later, I'm the pipe is fixed, we have a new shut off valve. I also asked about my pesky dripping washing machine and they fixed that too. I would absolutely recommend this company, without reservation. The cost came in at the low end of their estimate making me even happier. On top of that, Andy recommended I check with EBMUD to see if i could get a credit for fixing the leaking pipe. What a nice experience!
