Last night at about 6pm I found a horrible leak under my kitchen sink. I called Lupian and left a message and they called me right back! I asked if they could come at 2pm today and they said ""no problem"". They arrived early and fixed two issues quickly and at a lower cost than other quotes I had received. WOW - I am so happy. I will definitely use them again!

I have nothing but great things to say about Lupian Plumbing, the owner, Jose, and his gifted craftsmen staff.

We had a broken water main and spoke to a few plumbing companies about how they would go about assessing and remedying the problem (it was somewhat complicated and political due to potential tree roots from a city owned tree) which included price quotes. Jose's explanation was thoughtful and precise, and his quote was less than the others. On the morning of the scheduled work, Jose and his workers showed up right on time, and worked quickly and skillfully to resolve the problem. Juan, the lead worker that day, was so impressive in his workmanship and attention to details, that several neighbors who watched while he completed the job, asked the Lupian staff for their business cards. When finished, the site looked clean and as if there had never been any work done.

Additionally, after the Lupian staff left and I turned the main water back on to the house, I found that some of the natural sediment from the pipes got pulled into the shower pipes and clogged the valve. I called Jose back, and he came back out and helped me back-flush and unclog the pipes. This was above and beyond the scope of the work that we hired them to do, and was a great example of their commitment to customer service.

Lupian plumbing is the best plumbing service that I've ever used. After having an entire house full of plumbing installed by another company and not being satisfied with the work, when it came time to replace our hot water heater we began searching for alt's.

After consulting a few plumbing companies, we settled on Lupian based on their plan for the work, the price, as well as their impeccable reputation on Yelp.

We could not be happier with the work they did. The hot water heater is perfect. While they were there, they also fixed an improperly installed landscaping pipe, and they improved the water flow in our house. Both of those last items were done cost effectively and effectively.

I could not be happier with the work that Lupian did and highly recommend them to friends.

Called a few of the 5 star recommended plumbers but only Lupian Plumbing was able to get back to me quickly. They were able to fix the leak I had from the houseline to the meter along the sidewalk. Andy dug the trench and was able to pinpoint the problem and cap off the old galvanized pipe which was leaking due to age, wear and tear. Best was the price. I recommend these guys big time. I will have them probably do my sewer lateral in the near future.

Reasonable prices and awesome response time. They were here within an hour of my contacting them. Andy came in and did some drain clog work, installed a water pressure regulator and moved gas lines (and vent) to install a new dryer. He was very efficient and explained all the work to me in detail before starting. Will definitely call Lupian next time I need any plumbing work!

I have been working with Jose for several years now. He is amazing! He has done many jobs for me, the most memorable of which was when a contractor accidentally broke the water main at my house a few days before my house was going on the market. A tense situation to say the least. I phoned Jose and by 4pm he had arrived with his entire crew in tow. They dug up my lawn, replaced the main and put all the landscaping back in perfect order by 9pm!!! Incredible! AND all for a very fair price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
