Honest and very friendly! Luigi came by the very next morning to check my gas furnace, immediately found the problem and explained what needs to be done to prevent it.

Our A/C went out today so I called Luigi based on all his good reviews. I got a hold of Luigi right away and we figured out a time in the afternoon for him to come out. He then met me at my house and started diagnosing the problem with meters and what not right away. After a little while he narrowed it down to the capacitor. I know nothing about A/C units but he explained the issue and had the part in his truck and fixed it right then and there. So happy because it was getting hot today and there's a heat wave coming in the next few days!

I had an issue with an old floor heater. Luis gracefully accepted to come over to take a look despite his busy schedule on a Friday and fit me in. Upon inspecting the unit he told me that the valve on the unit was most likely the cause and that he recommended to reach out to local parts stores and see if I could get a used valve. He said it was not something he help repair since it would take someone who specializes in older floor nits. He charged nothing for the visit or free advice. Most credible and honest tech i have had the pleasure to come across. If you need plumbing, heating, or A/C work do not hesitate to call him.

We needed work on a gas pipe in order to install our dryer. Luis responded to my initial request right away and came out soon after. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I don't know much about gas pipes and he was able to explain the job thoroughly.

I had an air conditioning emergency . This weekend was hot and my business suffered . I called a lot of AC ppl on the yelp and I had to leave numerous messages . Ofcourse they all ended retuning my calls days later . Well with Luigi , I called and he answered his phone and we were able to schedule the appt immediately ! FYI! I'm in the heart of DTLA - very hard parking for service people to assist on repairs. I totally appreciate that he scheduled the appointment and came out . After an hour of checking my commercial AC unit , he was able to repair it and also fix the workings from my previous AC person .. Luigi was super honest and to the point about the issues. Overall he deserves the 5 for picking up the phone , on time to the appointment , fixing the problem and super fair with the pricing .. I totally recommend this company . Remember I have a business in DTLA where parking is crazy for repair people .. much appreciated !!

I moved into a house with an old heater that hadn't been functioning for years. This was a couple of weeks ago and it was actually really cold for LA. They were able to come out the same day and get it up and running safely! (I have a slight fear of old heaters so this was important to me.)
Also they were very nice and explained to me exactly what they were doing. Couldn't recommend enough!

I really didn't want to give any stars. We had an emergency plumbing issue that needed to be fixed right away. As soon as I called, whoever I was speaking to started complaining about how busy he was and so on. I said that it was fine and I'd call someone else. He responded saying, ""Yeah! Call someone else!"" Clearly, they didn't want my business.

Found Luigi on Yelp and am I glad I did. He was between jobs and was able to come over in 30 minutes! Didn't take him long at all and quoted me a most reasonable price up front. I know enough about main line drains to get myself in trouble and was enthralled to let him tell me all the tech stuff. Fair and honest I will use him again for any future need!!

Luis fixed our new tenant's wall heater that the gas company said needed to be fixed before it could be turned on due to a yellow flame. He gave us an estimate over the phone, which was the best price. He then showed up on time even though it was raining hard. He was punctual, reliable, adaptable with fair prices and a nice personality. He also returned our late Sunday call for an emergency water leak. He is now our principle appliance, gas heater and plumber repairman!
