Called Luigi at 9:30 in the morning. He was at my place by noon, and had all four things fixed that I requested by 2 PM. Great service, nice guy. Clearly explained everything to me as he worked on it.

Luis/Luigi is really amazing! He answered the first time I called and was able to come out the same day (a few hours later) to deal with a leaking spigot in our backyard. I was running late for our appointment time, but he was kind enough to wait, even at 6 pm on a Friday. Even though the job was bigger than expected, he didn't hesitate to go an buy the necessary parts and come back and fix the problem. It ended up taking almost 2.5 hours, even though we had initially budgeted for 45 minutes. And the price he charged was SO reasonable, and probably 50-60% of what I think many comparable plumbers would charge. We are waiting for the glue to dry to fully test his work, but right now, I am over the moon and could not recommend him enough. We have already scheduled another appointment with him to deal with some less urgent plumbing matters.

I called Luigi to come inspect the building that I own and within 30 minutes he arrived. His price is reasonable and honest. He inspected one of my tenants plumbing line and quickly fixed the problem. I will continue using his service and if you ever need a plumber call him right away!

Our tenant had an emergency with the toilet and Luigi came to the rescue! I had called previous plumbing companies, but no one compared to Luigi's prices and speedy service. Once I called him, he came right away and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Luigi is the kindest plumber I have ever met, and having owned a house for 25 years, I have met many. It was easy to schedule with Luigi, and despite our house and plumbing being old and having unpredicted surprises which required delicate and extra expert work, Luigi patiently installed our kitchen faucet, doing whatever was needed carefully and neatly. His price was very fair and he even caulked around our sink explaining that it had to be done to protect the wood in the walls. I feel very lucky to have met Luigi.

Luigi is the proprietor of this business so you will receive good service, at least that was my experience. He quickly came out and fixed my water heater for a fair price. Because it's his business, he returns call quickly and does high quality work. It's his name on the line, rather than an employee so every interaction was important.
