Luigi was on time, professional and fixed my bathtub facet and installed a pressure regulator for a good price. I called him again the next week after a stopped up my kitchen and he fit me in quick and fixed it fast with no problem. Old school professional neighborhood customer service. Five stars.

Luigi has been my plumber for years. I'm an overzealous DIY addict, so asking for help is hard for me... but when i can't fix it, he always lets me watch him work - and explains what he's doing - so I can learn what to do if I encounter a similar problem. He's always sweet to me, although I know my type can be really annoying. Also, his prices are so reasonable I sometimes feel compelled to give him more than he asked for. I regularly extol his virtues to neighbors, and Echo Park is lucky to have him.

Sent a request for estimate, with the time/day as ""flexible"". The answer I got was ""We are booked. Unable to service. I'm booked for this time."" Not sure what kind of answer that is. If the location was out of the service area, I would have appreciated that response, rather than one that seems to indicate that they cannot service any ""flexible"" time. Not good customer service as far as I'm concerned.

We have called on Luigi a few times over the years and have always found him to be quick to respond. He is prompt and communicative, and has provided excellent service.
We recently called him because our toilet was sweating, and we were unsure if it was because of the cold or a leak. Luigi was able to determine that the gasket, bolts, fill valve, flapper and water hose needed replacing. We were lucky he had all the parts on hand, and was done in about an hour.
All of this, and the price was excellent. Happy to write another good review for great service.

Needed a last minute heater replacement due to a crack in an existing heater . Luigi Heater was able to replace quickly and did not try to upsell or perform work that was not needed. Will hire again.

I needed a floor furnace removed, since it had been tagged by the Gas Company. I set up an appointment with Luigi over the phone, he contacted me the morning of the appointment, texted me to tell me his approximate arrival time, arrived and brought his tools up to the house and got to work. The furnace came out promptly, thanks to Luigi's knowledge of how to go about removing it. He also capped the gas and helped me remove the grill I wanted to save off of the old furnace. Excellent service!

I expected him to set an appointment later on the week, but he said he could come within the next hour, and he proceeded to diagnose and fix the the issue. And was cheaper than the other quotes I got from others. Great Service!
