Luis fixed our new tenant's wall heater that the gas company said needed to be fixed before it could be turned on due to a yellow flame. He gave us an estimate over the phone, which was the best price. He then showed up on time even though it was raining hard. He was punctual, reliable, adaptable with fair prices and a nice personality. He also returned our late Sunday call for an emergency water leak. He is now our principle appliance, gas heater and plumber repairman!

Luigi is the man!! What an honest, caring and thoughtful service he provides. We had an issue with our shower diverter and he was able to assess the problem and get it fixed quickly and safely. We had a unique case and had we continued on our own would have resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. He was able to guide us and gave us quite a bit of knowledge about the process. Luigi is awesome. I had frustrating conversations with a number of other folks. Luigi let me text him photos of my furnace to try to get an early read on the problem. He was responsive, timely, and honest about what it would take to fix the furnace. It was a pleasure working with him! (I also never write these things :) )

Maybe the single best experience I've had with a plumber. Our toilet had been running slowly and clogged up late on a Saturday. I call Luigi early Sunday morning and he was able to come by within a couple hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was super friendly. Only charged us $75 (other plumbers were quoting $100+). Paid him $100 using a Yelp coupon because I was so happy with the service.

Luigi did an excellent Job! Due to a break in his schedule, he was able to show up in less than an hour - ON A HOLIDAY! Okay, so it Was Columbus Day. But still, this is a 3 day holiday for kids and Banks. Finding a Plumber on any 3 day weekend can be a challenge.
JOB: He replaced our old water heater with new. Rerouted some copper that was placed incorrectly. Found and repaired a gas leak.
Price: Very Reasonable!

Smelled a leak from my duplex and had the gas company come out. They promptly shut my gas off due to a leak and wouldn't turn it on until it was solved. Called a couple of places but Luigi seemed reasonable and had great reviews.

From the beginning, it felt like my father in law who happened to be an expert plumber came to help me solve this problem.

We worked together like true in laws (schooled me and didn't let me touch anything but the pump), he crawled underneath my house, double checked all the appliances were off and solved the problem within an hour.

He couldn't finish the job because of timing so he temp fixed it and promised to come back next week to finish the rest. Oh yeah, least expensive out of the 3 and just a stand up guy
