Loi was amazing and came to our rescue today. Our kitchen sink clogged in 100 degree weather and I wanted to make sure it was cleared before it started stinking up the house. I called over 10 places and Loi made a stop even though he was on his way home. He fixed the issue in under an hour and went the extra mile to ensure our pipes were cleaned. Had water tank flooded. REW quote from yelp and Several business returned my message right away asking for more info, but Loi, owner of lucky rooter called me and told me what could be the issue, giving me advice on fixing it, without trying to make a sales. I felt he was honest so I asked him to come on the safe side. He came and spot the issue being the valve right away, and fixed it. He indicated the pressure to the house could be high, which is bad for everything, and after measuring it was indeed too high. He replaced the entire pipe/switch into the house and a regulator to dial down the pressure, which is a big job and requires some skill and the right tools, but he had no trouble doing it and uses the good stuff. Anyway, Loi is a trust worthy business owner who doesn't try to up sale to cover his expense for the middle man. I'll be referring him to my friends in need

Sunday morning, backed up sewer line, Lucky Rooter was out within half an hour and had line unblocked very quickly. He then sent a camera down to find the cleanout by the curb. I'm very happy with the work and although I hope I don't need them again I will certainly call Lucky Rooter if I do.

Tony did great job replacing two toilets for me with high quality work. Our flange was too deep into the surface and was leaking water from the bottom of the toilet. Tony was able to fix the issue, replace the toilet and and made sure no water is leaking.
