I'd recommend Lucky Rooter & Plumbing. He replaced my drainage pipe and some other connected pipes (detailed work below). Tony (i.e. Loi) is

- straight forward and comparable with pricing,
- on-time,
- works quickly,
- hard-working
- and keeps his word.

I called Tony on a Saturday regarding a slow bathtub drain and toilet and a leak underneath the house. Without even asking, Tony came to my house the next day to inspect the issues. Tony recommended to replace the waste pipe and the pipe from the washer in the garage from cast iron to ABS plastic as it was corroded and leaking. I was expecting the waste pipe to need replacement as it was the original pipe a house installed in the 1960's. He also said that the toilet was an old water saving toilet and that there are better faster draining toilets. Therefore, he recommended to replace the toilet if I wanted a faster draining one but not an urgent need. Tony came the next day with one other guy to complete the work. They completed the job in one day and provided a three year warranty on the work.

During the repair, a few other connecting pipes from the toilets and the bathtubs also needed to be replaced due to it deteriorating. There was added cost to the work but it seemed like a reasonable recommendation. He also recommended to eventually replace the main sewer pipe to the street as it had a slight leak.

The wall to the outside of the house needed to be cut open to replace the pipe from the kitchen sink to underneath the house. They patched up the hole and did a great job with the outside pattern. I need to just match the paint (keep a piece of the stucco) and paint it.

They cleaned up afterwards. Don't expect it to be pristine though. You'll likely want to clean up some more afterwards. One thing though was that the other guy used up all my paper towels without asking. It's minor.

Overall, very happy with the service. Will schedule the toilet and main sewer pipe replacement later.

Highly recommended. Tony was quick to respond and provided an honest quote for water re-piping. Him and his crew was very polite. Tony answered the call saying that he had to come back in the afternoon to the area as he has an appointment elsewhere. we were okay with that. He called later telling us a good news that the other appointment was canceled and got to our place in 1/2 hour! He started cleaning the clogged drain under the sink to the common wall connected to the bathroom as we don't have a vent from outside the house. He spent about 15 mins using the ""snake"" to declogged and water finally draining smoothly!! The drain wasn't able to be clogged by a friend with his declogging system two days in a row...

Tony even spent extra time explaining to us the mechanisms, maintenance, and answering all our question! He's patient and flexiBLE. He's such a Good guy willing to help and work with us! He also cleaned the area cautiously afterward.

I have no reason not to give him a good rating! I will also let my family and friends know about his good work!

Our experience in working with Loi was excellent. Loi arrived within 1 hour of my phone and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. He explained the problem and shared video. He explained the potential for the other pipes to leak and described signs of problems. The next day he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and promptly got to work. They laid down plastic and tarps in the house and cleaned up when done. The standing water absorbed, soil treated, pipes and garbage disposal replaced. He has our recommendation!

Loi was amazing and came to our rescue today. Our kitchen sink clogged in 100 degree weather and I wanted to make sure it was cleared before it started stinking up the house. I called over 10 places and Loi made a stop even though he was on his way home. He fixed the issue in under an hour and went the extra mile to ensure our pipes were cleaned.
