Tony is excellent. The first time we contacted Lucky Rooter it was to diagnose and fix a leaky outside water line. He squeezed us in between appointments and came out the same day, quickly figured out the issue, provided a fair quote, and then promptly fixed the problem. The new water line they put in is of such high quality that it even looks visually appealing and is a highlight of that portion of the yard. The second time Tony and his crew came out it was to fix a clog in the laundry sink, which actually turned out to be a symptom of a bigger problem. Once again they quickly fixed the problem and left the impacted area looking even better than before. On top of that, they inspected the rest of the house plumbing at our request and alerted us to several potential issues that we will need to address at some point, much appreciated so that we can prepare for the repairs. These guys are amazing, Tony and Lucky Rooter and Plumbing deserve six stars.

I started needing to replace the chamber sensor in the water heater. Later found that the water heater needed to be replaced due to water leak from water line for a long time damaging the water heater. I then reached out to Lucky Rooter & Plumbing. I was talking with Loi (Tony) at almost 5PM on May 10th when I was looking for someone to replace a water heater that I would be purchasing from HomeDepot. Loi was suggesting me to use a better brand of water heater but unfortunately I had limited time so got to get it from HomeDepot. He said he could help and could get it done in a couple of hours, and was able to help me pick up the water heater and water supply lines from HomeDepot near him as well. While he's still at HomeDepot, his crew was sent to remove the old water heater. His team was very efficient and got the job done nicely and cleanly in just about 2 hours as he said without charging anything extra as he quoted reasonably.

At the end of the job, Loi brought to my attention a couple of issues that he saw on the water shutoff valves when he needed to shut off the water to the water heater for replacement. He's really trying to do the good for his clients.

Loi is a very humble and patient person who's willing to listen and communicated very well.

I strongly recommend Loi for the types of work that he does.

Tony was extremely helpful when we called him last minute for a water heater removal and installation. He was able to source a water heater and come to my home the same day and the quote was still extremely affordable.

He helped us understand why our water heater started leaking and provided us with how we can prolong our new one. He even helped us change our leaky hose spigot free of labor charge.

We contacted him again today about our dishwasher not draining. He recommended to have Home Depot/Lowe's install it for us to since installing with him would be more expensive. That speaks to his honesty and not just looking to make a buck.

He speaks Vietnamese which was extremely helpful when speaking to my mom. Funny story, we only found Tony's business because our dog shares the same name haha!

We definitely recommend this place for any plumbing needs! 10/10 service!!

Tony is very humble, professional and came to service on Sunday. It was meant for two days project but his team did and completed on the same day for major replacements under the house - yes we could still use our bathroom while they were working under us. Came back again on Monday to touch up and complete all tasks. recommend & trusting his work.

Excellent service, great communication, careful work and clean-up.
Loi and Andy helped us fix a blocked sewer line and recommended an alternative. Ended up installing a new line plus clean-out in our front yard.
The diagnoses was thorough, the work clearly explained, and the estimate reasonable. They did the work in one weekend, and did a very good job to clean up the dug up area afterwards.
