Tony and Lucky Rooter did a great, safe and efficient job digging up and replacing broken storm piping from my backyard to the street. Our backyard drainage was backing up during rain storms. Lucky Rooter came out, found the area that needed service, gave a fair bid and delivered on the day and timing of the job. They were polite, clean, thoughtful and did some very good work on a tricky, broken pipe system. Highly recommend for how quickly they responded to our call and the quality of work...well done, Lucky Rooter!

Tony was great! He messaged me within our original appointment window to tell me he would be late. When he arrived, he clearly explained to me the 3 potential steps that might be needed to fix my clogged drain. He didn't pressure me at all to take the offered services. He was very patient with all my questions, and also pointed out some things around my shower that he thought might be cause for concern.

Best of all, he came with seriously heavy-duty equipment and solved the problem for a reasonable price.

We bought a brand new LG dishwasher from Home Depot and the delivery/installer wasn't able to install. They noted because the water line connected from the sink to the dishwasher was not a standard size (parts came with the new dishwasher were shorter). Also, they advise calling a handyman instead to do the job and left. Now we have dishwasher machine just chilling in the living room :/

What to do? Who to call? Immediately, I thought of Loi. I texted him and luckily he was able to come by within a 1hr on the same day! We explained to him the situation and his team got to work very quickly. Just a lil hiccup, as they were not able to find the directions and screws, but I thought quickly on my feet - all that stuff must be somewhere inside the dishwasher, right?! ""BAM"" found it taped in the freaking corner :) and YAY now dishwasher secured. Loi also did a test wash to make sure there was no leakage anywhere and contact him if there was any problems. Nonetheless, my sis and I were very thrilled! Thank you again for the great service! And YES - I still strongly recommend :D

Loi responded quickly to my message on yelp. He came out on time and was able to replace a section of leaking pipe quickly. His quoted price corresponded to the ""low"" price per homewyze. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Honestly this saved our Mother's Day this weekend! We noticed Friday night that our sink was backing up and when I turned the dishwasher on there was overflow from that into our sink too. But nothing was leaking underneath the sink cabinet or the dishwasher. I was wondering if there was a clogged pipe and started googling all sorts of things to figure out an answer. It wasn't until Saturday morning when we went into the garage that we saw the garage flooded and what smelled like old dirty water. I was freaking out. But the toilets and showers were working just fine! We called a plumber who had done some work in our home before to come check it out and he started digging holes in our yard all Saturday thinking it was a main line issue. He doesn't figure it out and says he'll be back Sunday. Sunday morning he starts to continue digging a big hole in our yard and after a couple of hours we said enough is enough!

We looked up a few places on yelp and decided to give this business a call. My husband explained the situation and Tony said he would stop by soon to checkout the issue. He came in his huge plumber truck and once he opened that door you could tell he was full equipped. He came in and looked around and talked to our other plumber. I guess he got an idea of the situation right away and knew exactly what to do!
He used what he called a hydro jet to unclog the secondary lines that flow into the mainline. Literally within fifteen minutes he was done and the sink wasn't back flowing and there wasn't any water flooding into the garage! He was great. Explained everything to us and his work has a 30 day guarantee. I would honestly call him again anything we have any issues now. So do not hesitant to call if you're having any issues!
