We had a clog in the toilet and it was leaking water in the middle of the night. We called 5 plumbers that were supposedly open 24/7, but none of them returned our call. I called Tony first thing in the morning and he came to the rescue. He unclogged a main sewage line that connected several units in our townhome complex. The neighbors were really happy that their toilets were working again including ours. He also put a new toilet in for us and did a great job. We used Tony's service once before and we thought he did a great job so we called him back again. You will not regret hiring him. He's very honest, nice, professional and has reasonable prices. Thank you Tony for doing such a great job!

Loi is a super hero. He was wearing a cape... not really, but he was nothing short of amazing. He explained everything, all options. Went into the crawl space and did a thorough inspection. I highly recommend him for ANY plumbing related jobs.

I called on a Saturday evening with a backed up sink in the garage and a slow emptying sink in the kitchen. I fully expected a voicemail and the usual runaround but they answered straight away, took my details and arrived in 30 mins! He worked out what the problem was and had everything working in less than 30 mins. Pricing was reasonable and much cheaper than rotorouter. We were glad to work with a locally owned business and to have such great service. Keeping the number in my contacts for any future issues we may have!

I had a water leak underneath my bathroom sink. One of the elbow joints was leaking. I called Loi on a Saturday afternoon and he was out here in 30 minutes to fix the water leak! I am grateful for the quick response. I will be recommending Loi to my friends and family for their plumbing needs.

All the reviews here are correct and this business definitely deserves 5 stars. I have called a few places around, and the prices were very high. One of the providers that came in quoted me $450. I'm sorry but this is just way too much for a clogged sync. After 24 hours without a kitchen sync I have found this business on Yelp. I was quoted a reasonable price and an immediate assistance. Tony has arrived within 45 minutes after I have requested the service and the problem was fixed in 30-60 min overall. I wish I would have found him yesterday and didn't have to suffer though this. I would definitely recommend his business and would use him again in the future.

We had a backup in our kitchen sink that I couldn't fix with a 15' rooter, so I used Yelp to reach out to local plumbers. Loi was the first to respond, was here within 2 hours, and solved the problem in about 10 minutes. Better still, he clearly explained and showed me what was going on, so I can probably handle a similar issue myself next time.

I needed some work done at our home in regards to our bathroom and kitchen. I contacted Loi through Yelp and he got back to me ASAP. He offered free estimate and came here on a Friday morning. He and his associate came and checked the problem and diagnosed it. He was the cheapest out of all the plumbers I had give us quotes. I'm happy that we chose him because he was knowledgeable and was able to do the work that same evening. He also saw other issues wrong with our house and gave suggestions. If i need any other help with our plumbing I know what company to contact.

It was the Sunday after the new year, we had a plumbing emergency and we were worried that nobody was working. Loi came to the rescue! And very quickly I might add! I appreciated that he was open to talking through what he was doing with my dad, who is a retired handyman. I'm sure my dad learned a lot, even if he can't do these things himself anymore. My elderly parents were worried about someone coming into the house during these COVID times... Loi kept a mask on whenever he was inside and was also willing to put on shoe covers. We really appreciated that!
