We had a clogged drain on Christmas day. Mr Loi Thai responded on Yelp very quickly. He even came out on Christmas day while everyone else was taking the day off. He explained the issue by inserting a camera in the pipe. What fancy tech! He solved our issue in about 40 minutes and also discussed with us about long term solutions. Good service!

Again, Lucky Rooter came through and helped us. Our water heater was rattling when heating the water. Loi determined it was sediment at the bottom of the tank and drained and cleaned it out for us. I called Loi this morning to help fix a leak in my kitchen sink, and he called me right back and scheduled a consultation for later today. I texted Loi a picture of the problem and he knew exactly what was wrong and had the part when he showed up. Less than 30 minutes later, my sink was fixed.

I had a p-trap/j pipe give out in my bathroom and needed help quick.
After checking reviews on Yelp I went with Lucky Rooter & Plumbing.
I'm really glad I did. The gentleman responded quickly and arrived in an hour. He repaired the broken pipe and cleaned out the totally clogged extension pipe. He truly went above and beyond. The cost was very competitive, he was thorough and friendly. Being locally owned/operated is also a plus...not a big chain. We need to support our small businesses.
