They are the first to show up. Probably because they arent very busy. They will leave in a mess in your home AND on your property. They will fix then never show back up to repair the drywall and paint. Try ALL AMERICAN plumbing. Very professional, clean and they follow through!

Requested an inspection on HVAC and plumbing on a foreclosed property (I am a realtor representing the bank). They were to go to the property, diagnose all problems and give an estimate to remedy. I waited 4 days after their ""inspection"" which I paid $295 to receive this (their exact words on the inspection form, which didn't even include prices to fix):

Bath tub in master bathroom needs a lot of work jacuzzi bath tub
Faucet angle stops in master bathroom need to be changed and new supply lines
Faucet in room to the right when you walk in front door angle stops need to be changed and new supply lines
Both a/c systems need to be worked on when u walk in front door to the right side of house isn't cooling left side of hose won't turn on
Two angle stops need to be changed under kitchen sink and possible leak under kitchen sink needs to be fixed
Bathroom by kitchen toilet needs all the paper taken out of it and make sure it flushes faucet in same bathroom has a slow drip and
needs new angle stops and supply lines shower in same bathroom has a frozen cartridge so won turn on easy
Angle stops and supply lines need to be changed in laundry room for faucet
Water heater is good does need a shut off valve that works
Also change out all shower surroundings and a bah in master bathroom

The misspellings, run-on sentences and just lack of cohesiveness in the writing. Also, the actual required work of finding out what was wrong with the HVAC systems was not done.

So I wasted all the time and $295 because I can't turn this kind of report over to anyone.

We had a plumbing emergency which cost a lot of money and left us without water on and off for 2 weeks . My husband attempted to fix as much of it on his own to save as much as possible but at one of the last steps, he ran into a snag and needed professional help. It was Saturday evening and waiting until Monday would leave our family without water again for a couple of days . With guests coming on Sunday, we wanted to avoid that . I found L&S on a google search. We were communicated with Gus and within the hour , he was out here to save the day . He was professional and prompt and he even showed my husband a few tricks which my husband appreciated as he enjoys fixing issues in the house on his own when he can . Lastly, the price was reasonable and within 2 hours , we had water again ! Glad to have this plumbing headache behind us and next time we need help, we will definitely give L&S a call !

Half through a cruise in the middle Caribbean we got the nightmare message that we had water entering our neighbors through our party wall.

My Neighbor organized Turnkey to do the investigative work and on the morning of our return they had already identified the location of the slab leak. Farmers insurance was brilliant in dealing with our claim and nice and fast.

The Dry-out Team where straight to work followed by the plumbing team doing the rerouting of the pipe through the walls and ceiling - being new to the US and amazed that people would put pipes in a tension slab foundation - they guided me through the whole process though there were some parts I hadn't quite understood properly about the process but nothing that we couldn't sort.

The remediation of the walls relatively quick and it soon became obvious that with the cabinets etc ripped out that the job was going to be much bigger and longer than we anticipated. That said we, with their guidance, managed to get some much required changes to the kitchen, hardware and décor as a result - a key reason why the work became more protracted.

Alejandro and his team were great - sometimes the odd emergency call out may have resulted in a couple of late arrivals or confusion on whether the remediation was work was on ours or the neighbors but the quality, finish and attention to detail was excellent. The guys when, when on premise didn't stop - the work ethic was great (we rewarded them with the odd Subway)

We had very tight financial constraints after the vacation but they worked with us to maximize the improvements we could get without blowing the insurance claim. Not everything we wanted but most and with a lot of things are more expensive in SoCal than the Northeast of England we cannot complain.

Once we are a bit more financially endowed I hope to have them do some additional decorating and cabinetry - great job guys and I hope to see you back in late summer.

We called L&S on Saturday to detect a leak. Max came out promptly and determined that the leak was in a pipe in the slab. Max explained what he would have to go through to correct the problem. by running a line through the attic. We were very impressed with his effort to keep things clean while he worked and the clean up. All of the dust from drywall cutting was cleaned up. Part of his testing of the job was to flush the lines to our other bathroom. While doing that flushing he noticed that two of the drains were running slowly which he corrected. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty.

Another part of our problem was the water damage. Johnathan came out within 30 minutes to address that. He explained the steps needed to dry everything. He had to cut drywall away to expose the dampness behind the wall. We were also impressed with his attention to cleanliness.

There must be a corporate culture with cleanliness. All of their employees were dressed in clean and neat uniforms and as I noted above the job site was kept clean.

All in all, we couldn't be more pleased.

Our water heater needed fixing b/c we had no hot water in the house. Called L&S Turnkey Plumbing that morning & service was scheduled same day. Patrick came out he was professional, affordable, quick turn around time.......over all great service!!!

I had a shower that wouldn't turn off in the early evening. After a few calls, found that L&S could get someone out & they did in about 30 minutes. The plumber took it apart and said we needed a new cartridge. I asked if I could get it at Home Depot, but he said they don't stock that kind, but he had one at ""home."" He quoted a ridiculous price for the new cartridge with installation.

I asked about a few options, but everything was a huge, expensive job. For example, changing the faucet for a different brand would require cutting holes in the wall & would cost a fortune. His answers were making me a bit suspicious, so I just decided to change the cartridge for a small fortune & be done. When he left to go ""home"" to get the cartridge, I checked on the Internet & saw that Home Depot had them in stock for $40. My wife passed by Home Depot running another errand and saw the plumber leaving. Apparently his ""home"" is The Home Depot. He came back and finished the job, all in it took about 1 hour, including the trip ""home.""

After he disappeared for about 15-20 minutes to discuss the discount for the cartridge, he offered $50 off the ridiculous price since that's about what it costs. How quickly the story changed.

I paid 7 times more for changing the cartridge than what I paid for a changing an entire sink faucet. It was ridiculous.

I see lots of 5-star ratings, but my impression of L&S is that they are dishonest and will attempt to shamelessly gouge their customers.

What can i say other then they came out same day on the hottest day to fix our broken ac! This pregnant mama is happy!! Patrick was Super fast, friendly and all fixed at a great price!! Will definitely use again.

I came home to a big water leak in my front yard and it looked it was involving the main pipe going to the house. I called Turnkey on a Sat am and explained my situation. THe response was fantastic they had a plumber at my house right away. Cesar was very professional, doing plumbing for 18 years, and explained what his recommendation was for re- routing the pipe. Several neighbors had helped me look for the leak and they had deducted it was the main to the house so I was prepared for the worst. But because Cesar was so thorough in his investigation he identified the leak was related to the irrigation instead. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation but was extremely honest in telling me I did not need any plumbing done - saving me thousands of dollars. I will definitely be calling Cesar when I DO need a plumber- and so will my neighbors. Thank you, Cesar, for your honesty and professionalism.
