I called Loyalty and explained that I had water overflowing from the drip pan under my hot water heater. They immediately scheduled me for an estimate the next day. (called Thursday, they came Friday.) Juan and his crew arrived on timed within 10 minutes told me that the hot water heater had an Internal crack and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a total of $2200.00 to replace my 40 gallon gas water heater in the attic. They had one in their truck, so the install took a couple of hours. That's it! Simple, efficient, good quality work, and a very competative price. Thanks to Juan and his crew--I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend their service. Thanks Loyalty Plumming! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I called this guy out, he was here in 45 mins to an hour. Asked him his price and told me he didn't know .....10 minutes later after he dug 2 spots, just the grass and he charged me $275.00. Very disappointed with that, I would have happily paid $200, but he felt the need to gouge me. I'll never call this company again. Another important point.....I asked him not to stand in my neighbors yard, he not only stood in his yard he dug in his yard. It was my neighbors cracked pipe. If he would have followed my instructions.....I would have only had to pay for coming out, but he thought by telling my neighbors about their cracked pipe he would be paid twice.....greed is not a good look. I'll never use this scam man again!

I had a plumbing issue that came up on Thanksgiving Day. I called Loyalty Plumbing and they contacted me Friday morning with two available time frames. I chose the 9-11am. They called at 8:30am to say that they would be on the way. I was very pleased with the courtesy call and the fact that they were so prompt. Junior and William were the two technicians that fixed my plumping issues. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, hardworking, and kind. If you have any plumbing needs don't hesitate to call Loyalty Plumbing. Great value and great technicians.

Scam call this company out for a water leak. The owner told me he has parts to do the job of course the technician gets here and he says he doesn't have the parts to do the job. I had the parts he continues to make up excuses why the job couldn't get done at that time. The technician lies and tells me I have the wrong cartridge another lie. They just want the 175 for service call and move on technician wasn't even here a good 20 minutes to find out why it was leaking. Avoid these crooks!!!

SCAM ALERT!! $400+ for a cartridge that costs $60 at home depot. was quoted $175 (for service fee) + part costs.
we got hustled for $550 and the justifications are
to the employee for his liability, skill, and time (less than 1 hr)
WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. HUGE SCAMMERS.

Called Loyalty plumbing after seeing they have a 4.5 star rating on Yelp. They said it will be $75 for the service call. I had a leak in the garage from the Pex pipe connecting to the top of the manifold. The leak is on the connector, therefore the 1" threaded Pex connector to the manifold had to be replaced. When Antonio and Bradley came out they spent 10 to 15 minutes, didn't fixed anything (did not have the part) and charged $125. The video on their website has the owner saying they're honest people and they don't overcharge. The next working day, I got a call from Oscar Gonzalez with the estimate for a new 1" threaded connector. $650. He said I won't get a better price. They will replace both connectors (hot and cold) for $650. I asked how much for the one that's broken, he said $625. I priced the connector online for $12. The installation will be screwing on the connector to the manifold and then crimping the existing Pex pipe to the connector. Over $600 labor for a 5 minute job. I got other quotes for $350 and $300. Stay away from these criminals. Not good people.

Aldo was next door doing an estimate. i asked him to come and look at the work we needed. he estimated it and i ok'd the estimate. next morning, i got a call from Dracy, who did an outstanding job on our work. he was professional, knew his work quite well, fast, and cleaned up very nicely. after he was finished, he and i checked everything together. very happy.

they will be our plumbers of choice.

I just had these folks out to install a Pentair filtration system. Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person from getting an estimate through installation was very courteous and professional. The installation was timely and very well done. Aldo showed up to look at the property and took the time to describe in detail exactly what they would be doing for the install. The other company that came out just looked and quoted a price but didn't bother to go over what to expect.
