They came to my house to repair a Rheem tank less water heater. They indicated it was the motherboard. They said Rheem would not send out a replacement board. They would only send a replacement heater. They left and called back later. They indicated Rheem would not do anything until the heater was flushed out before confirming the source of the problem. Loyalty offered to flush the unit for $275. I declined and contacted Rheem directly. Rheem denied requiring the flushing and said if a motherboard was needed they would send the board and not have the unit replaced. They worked with me and in ten minutes determined the problem was an igniter. THEY SENT ME THE PART OVERNIGHT EXPRESS AT NO CHARGE. It took me 5 minutes to install the igniter and the unit is working fine.

Good service, they responded on a Saturday in about an hour to hour and a half after first contact. Were able to diagnose a problem quickly, were reasonable on price, and did good work. I had the main water line leading into my house crack at the valve. They installed new Ball valve and PVC pipe.

Soon after he came over with his kids in tow and checked the source of the busted waterline in our kitchen foundation which had caused flooding of our kitchen. Aldo and his crew are a true life saver. My hot water heater went out and I had been getting the run around from previous companies all day that I have called.
