My shower was dripping water. Loyalty Plumbing diagnosed the problem - they first replaced seals and when that didn't fix it, they diagnosed it as a worn out shower valve. They returned the next day and fixed it promptly. Its been working well so far.

I wish they retained receipt for the valve so that the homeowner can file for warranty coverage. This is the only downside - would take off half star for this. But other than that, good work!

Hired Loyaty based on reviews. Had tried 2 other popular companies only to get wild wait times and broken promises. Loyalty showed up on time and with proper manpower to diagnose issue ( tree roots). Had to dig under foundation, but put everything back neatly. Extensive repipe necessary and rightly expensive but I had complete trust in them.

We recently bought a rental home in Conroe. Unbeknownst to us, both water heaters needed replacing and thankfully we bought a home warranty which helped tremendously. Loyalty plumbing came out ASAP to check the water heaters and replaced the first one the next day. The second one still needed to be ok'd by home insurance and they sent a different company to check it. This guy wanted us to build platforms with bolts in the attic . It was an added expense that didn't need to happen whatsoever. We recalled Loyalty and they brought the second water heater the next day no problem. Our renters were happy and we are happy. They are super quick !

They would rather sell you a water heater than try to fix one. Tried to say it would take a control valve for $500.00 plus a burner for another $375.00. Sell a new heater for $1475.00. I told them to try a new control valve. (replaced one 5 years ago). They installed part of valve without draining tank. It did not work. Said I needed burner. Bradford White rep said needing new burner was rare. He said probably need pilot. Talked to owner and he agreed to send out men to install control valve correctly. Amazing how that worked. HOT water!

After the owner finished the job in my bathroom , that looks great ! He gave me a gift bag for the new bathroom! It was a jaw dropping moment. A+ customer service

Loyalty Plumbing came to our to fix a huge cracked line. They came into our home and took a camera to look for the problem. The company was on time, each of them were efficient, they explained what the problem was amd how to fix it, and they were affordable.
