Good service, they responded on a Saturday in about an hour to hour and a half after first contact. Were able to diagnose a problem quickly, were reasonable on price, and did good work. I had the main water line leading into my house crack at the valve. They installed new Ball valve and PVC pipe.

Excellent customer service: Aldo answered my phone call on Mother's Day while he was at the park with his kids. Soon after he came over with his kids in tow and checked the source of the busted waterline in our kitchen foundation which had caused flooding of our kitchen. He gave me options for repair and a report for my insurance claim without hesitation. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Aldo and his crew are a true life saver. My hot water heater went out and I had been getting the run around from previous companies all day that I have called. If you need someone to work on Any plumbing mishaps you may have in your home, toilet, shower, replace faucets, replace hot water tank, these are the guys to call! I've used them for ALL of the above mentioned problems and was never disappointed. They're on top of it! They're very professional! Call this company. I like to fix things myself, but encountered a plumbing issue I couldn't tackle. In desperation and under time constraints, I called Loyalty Plumbing early Good Friday. The gentleman I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant. We connected over a shared appreciation of our mutual professions. He had a team at our house in less than 30 minutes. The guys were professional and speedy. Wonderful attention to detail and courteous. They saw other issues that need to be addressed, but didn't push the up-sell. They wore protective bootie over their shoes and cleaned up a mess they didn't make! This company is the real deal. I feel they want to serve the community. Most definitely will recommend and call again.

Aldo and his crew came to fix my burst water heater pipes. Very professional transaction starting from contacting me after hours in the evening the pipe broke to the final completion of work.

Excellent communication on phone calls as well as texts. Prices seem were fair for the amount of parts, labour and turnaround time. Definitely my preferred plumbing company for upcoming work.

I called around to get estimates for a slow draining kitchen sink. Aldo was prompt at responding and spent time discussing the situation over the phone before quoting me a good price for snake service. Originally scheduled two days out ended up being serviced the same day which was very helpful to us. It wasn't an emergency but a nuisance all the same. Oscar was the plumber who arrived. He did the job quickly and at the same price quoted. Their prices were very reasonable. Also, they offered to include the cost of any snake/camera work into the job if it ended up being a larger job of digging up and replacing a pipe. I felt that was very professional and extremely helpful in securing us as a regular customer in the future. Hopefully it will be a long time before we need a plumber again. But if we do Loyalty Plumbing will be our go-to plumber!

Buyer beware -- these guys will try to rip you off. They sent a subcontractor out to my house and tried to charge me more than double of what the price should have been. How do I know this??? Because my friend is a plumber out of town and he told me. I'm not sure where they got all their good reviews -- they must have a lot of friends and family they do work for. Stay clear of this company!
