My shower had a really bad leak as a result of a half-assed emergency job by Aloha Plumbing (who btw dodged all my calls about finishing it). I must have called every plumber on Oahu and Loyalty was the only one who had someone to come out same day (or even the same week as other plumbers were trying to give me dates within 1-2 weeks). I wish I could remember his name but he was very friendly. Luckily he had the correct part that needed to be replaced. He was done in about an hour and the price for the part and labor was reasonable.

They installed my new gas powered water heater yesterday smoothly without any problems.

The service went alright. I wasn't kept informed of when the workers showed up or when they finished. I had to call the office to check if the work was even completed and the office wasn't even sure it was. I had to wait to get home to confirm it was done. They were supposed to call me for payment. I wasn't called for a payment, I had to call them. I never received a receipt and it seemed like everyone was blowing me off after they got their money. I even called and left a message and received no call back. I put in a message through Yelp since they have no email, still no response. Eventually they sent a receipt to my husband, but I have no idea why it was never sent to me. I'm the one who paid. Based off this customer service experience, I won't be using this company for any plumbing needs ever again. I'm not sure we even paid a fair price. We never received a breakdown or explanation of the service price. Just a verbal quote. The 2 stars is just because the work got done.

They came on January 3rd to install a dishwasher. The service person was rude and not polite to my wife. Overall, very bad experience. Would not recommend. Bad experience.

My water heater went out right before Thanksgiving and I talked to 4 other plumbers before I was referred to Loyalty through Lowe's. Though Lowe's had a long cumbersome process, Loyalty was very responsive and went way beyond the call of duty to get hot water back to my family. The plumbers did a good job, but it was really Dayna in the office that made it happen. She took what could have been a 2 week process and made it happen in 3 days. Mahalo Dayna!

As good as it gets, folks!! It's hard enough to get someone to come Leeward but it was NO challenge/problem for Loyalty and Harry. He came out last week to assess the two leaks and we scheduled for this week for the fix. He and his partner weren't in the house 1/2 hour and had BOTH fixed! He thoroughly explained the problem with our waterlines on the first visit and again explained in detail his fix for them. It's sadly a rarity here to find someone who not only can show up on time, FIX and EXPLAIN. Have no doubts....Loyalty! (recommended by our realtor btw...the first plumber I called was a 5 star on here but didn't know jack squat of what he was doing as he WALKED ON my new granite counters, said I had to pull cabinets off the wall (not) and left a horrific mess then charged us $280 for generally nothing)

I just had my brand new gas dryer installed by Kenton and Lionel from Loyalty Plumbing. Great plumbers! They were very efficient and very neat. They took care of my old dryer and packed it on their truck for disposal. They took great care in putting my new Maytag dryer in place and installed correctly. With gas, you have to be careful and that's what they did. I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They also do new and home renovations.

They did my shower valve. It was difficult to pull. The guy greased the valve but replaced it with a shorter sleeve. As a result, a few months later, same problem exist and I got a rusted pipe because the sleeve behind the valve wasn't long enough to cover. Pipe behind the wall was exposed. I cannot recommend this company since the repair for this cost me way more

I don't like writing bad reviews, but when a company tries to rip me off, I have to draw the line. I read the company's bio and they mentioned their character is a top priority. I would like to give them the benefit that they're since most of their reviews are positive and Lowe's says they haven't had any complaints against them. Here is mine, and I'll post this same negative review for Lowe's. I had to replace a 2 year old KitchenAid Microwave in a 2 year old home. I decided to go with the upgraded convection model since it was the same model, just with convection. The measurements are identical except, the new model is an 1/8 of an inch wider. Lowe's policy is to send out installers prior to installation to make sure it fits. Lowe's contracts Loyalty Plumbing, they come out do do measurements and immediately they say it may not fit. I tell them it should since measurements are identical. They say it has to do with the cord not being in the same spot. I say no, manufacturers don't make different chassis in the same model. They tell me I only have 7 inches and the new cord may be in a spot that is wider. I say I doubt that, but we'll see when the new Microwave comes in. They agreed and left. Two months goes by Microwave arrives and they call to setup installation. The morning of the installation Lowe's calls and says Loyalty Plumbing says it won't fit so Lowe's can't do the installation since it requires more work to do the installation. Lowe's tells me I can hire Loyalty Plumbing for the bigger job. I tell them no way it doesn't fit, again they give me the cord excuse about it not being able to fit my vent needs to be altered. I say BS, go measure the cord, it will fit. We go back and forth, he finally sees my point and says he will send them out to see if it will fit. 2 hours go by and no installers, I call Lowe's to see what's up. The lady calls them and they tell her they won't do it because it won't fit needs modifications. Now I'm very upset for wasting my day. I go down to Lowe's make them bring out the Microwave to measure the cord. It is identical as I have sad a hundred times. The manager is confused because he has never had complaints against them. He still believes them, but I told him according to KitchenAid it will fit since it's the same model. We agree to send someone else out to measure again. I explain to the new installers that I measured and spoke to KitchenAid and it should fit. He ask did they come out to try the installation, I tell him no, and he looks surprised that they would not even try to install. We setup an installation day which was today. The pics tell the rest of the story. He was done in less than 30 minutes, he had to add an extra brace that comes with it because it is 20 lbs heavier. He tells me this was the easiest Microwave installation he has had since they were identical Microwaves. This was my experience with Loyalty Plumbing. You decide if you want to use this company, I say stay away. I can only think because I live in a nice neighborhood they felt the need to try and make some money. To me that speaks volumes about character, not a company's bio. Actions Speak Louder Than Words!
