Rough exterior, but once you get past that he's an awesome guy. No nonsense, and knows what he's doing. He was on time, went above and beyond by fixing a hairline crack in the P-trap, and charged the agreed amount over the phone and made sure the area was clean after. Will definitely use again if I have anymore plumbing issues.

Ken is great! He cleared drains for 2 sinks and a bathtub in my home for a lower price than I had been quoted by others for just a single drain. He was prompt, worked quickly, was professional and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I don't generally post bad reviews but unfortunately I'm very disappointed in the service I have received from Ken, I've paid him multiple times to do the same job, I finally decided to post this review because the same problem occurred within one week and he charged me again, I asked him if he would warranty the job or at least give me a discount he just brushed right over that conversation and said he would put a camera in my drain for an additional $150 dollars, I felt this was bad business that his so-called repair didn't even last a week, I also didn't appreciate him addressing me as (fool) he sounded like a punk kid, last time I'll use his service!! I'm extremely disappointed with his professionalism,
company and his business ethic..

Ken was great!

Our drain in our tub mysteriously stopped up. I called Ken and he was able to come fix it after hours! It took him no longer than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

He came by and replaced our garbage disposal. Kenny's great not only did he fix our garbage disposal but he was great to our toddler that wanted to see every thing he was doing. He gave him the directions and had him read them to him.

I called Low Cost Rooter for a repeatedly backed up toilet. I had been on the phone with my home warranty company several times and for an amount of time that I don't even want to think about. I finally decided to go outside of my warranty company and just called Kenny. He told me he would come that day, luckily for me he had a cancellation and was on the way to my house within a couple of hours. When he got there the problem was way smaller than anyone made it seem. He could have easily over-charged me for the fix, but he didn't. Came in, took care of the problem and asked for a fair price. Much appreciated.
