First, thanks to all the reviewers. You were all spot on. Kenny is a gem and the kind of person you don't across often these days. Responsive, reliable, very reasonable and got the job done.

He came by and replaced our garbage disposal. Kenny's great not only did he fix our garbage disposal but he was great to our toddler that wanted to see every thing he was doing. He gave him the directions and had him read them to him.

I called Low Cost Rooter for a repeatedly backed up toilet. I had been on the phone with my home warranty company several times and for an amount of time that I don't even want to think about. I finally decided to go outside of my warranty company and just called Kenny. He told me he would come that day, luckily for me he had a cancellation and was on the way to my house within a couple of hours. When he got there the problem was way smaller than anyone made it seem. He could have easily over-charged me for the fix, but he didn't. Came in, took care of the problem and asked for a fair price. Much appreciated.

Love Kenny! Shows up on the dot, did the job un-rooting the main right, and quickly and then insisted on making sure the sink and tub drains in the bathroom were freshly cleared as well, even though I had thought they didn't need that. They did, though, and he fixed them as well. Can't wait for the Ficus trees to invade the main next time so I can call him back again.

Kenny is amazing! He can fix anything and his prices are reasonable. I had a horrible clog and was quoted very high with a friend's recommendation. Got on yelp and found Kenny...thank God! He's also very funny. Kept his business card :)

First time using Low Cost Rooter, and i'm very satisfied with the results. Ken unclogged my bathroom sink in 5 mins, and the price was lower than expected. I would definitely be calling them again for my plumbing repairs.
