I woke up to a broken AC on a sunday morning that was forecasted to reach 100°... I was fully expecting to have to wait until mid week or pay a really high emergency price. Michael came through for me, while my regular guy shrugged me off. I know times are busy, but Michael came Sunday afternoon and didn't leave until the system was working. Not only were his prices very reasonable, he was very easy going and trustworthy. He has a yearly membership that includes two tune ups per year, I'm definitely sold! Happy new customer here.

My AC went out and I suspected it was the thermostat. I was unable to get in touch with the company that installed it a few years ago. Called Loveaire. Michael P answered and came out a few hours later, as promised. Called to let me know when he was on the way. He listened to my suspicions, ran some diagnostics and confirmed the bad thermostat. Gave me two options and replaced it immediately. Michael was very professional, courteous and kind and I highly recommend.

We had a mini-spilt installed, and Raymond and Michael are both very professional. Responds to texts, and phone calls quickly to answer any questions. Both very respectful, and knowledgeable. If you need ac/heating work and someone you can trust this is the place to go. They were extremely fast when my service call came in. Over the phone they were upfront and honest. When Raymond came out he was kind, courteous and wanted to do the job properly and at a fair price. The part needed was a few cities over and they took the time to pick it up and get my heater up and running as fast as possible. When completing the work they spotted duct work that was not done properly (a safety hazard which had been pointed out to me when I purchased my home) they addressed the issue and fixed it without additional cost (truly was not expected, but it goes to show the pride they take in their work)

I would 100% recommend any air or heating needs to go though this company. 5 stars all the way!
