I was really impressed with Raymond's work. He was able to make time during the first heat wave of the season (of course that's when our 10 year old central AC went out!) when 6 other HVAC services were too busy to come out and wanted to schedule 3 to 15 days later. Raymond came by the same day and diagnosed a minor problem (circuit breaker had been switched off by a painter) that was easily fixed. Coooool again! We will definitely call Raymond for HVAC issues in the future.

Service Requested- I got a response of availability right away and they were able to provide service within that week thankfully, even for living in Hemet.
Quality- The work they did and the time frame that they got it done, phenomenal work. I needed all of my air ducts replaced because they were older and smaller in comparison to what they installed and now I have great airflow in all of the rooms where as compared to before, it took awhile for the house to cool down but now my house cools down a lot faster and keeping it fresh during these hot days.
Value- In comparison to the quote I got from Service Champions, the guys from Love Air charged me a few thousand dollars less to do the same work and guaranteed the same quality. And sure enough, my ducts are sealed properly, the material that was used was good quality, and the result was amazing. I would use them again for service. Thank you guys.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I'm one of those people who only leaves reviews when I receive extraordinary service, or the very worst. Love Aire fits into the former category. Raymond is humble, superbly patient and responsive, provided the lowest estimate of 3 bids (it wasn't all that close), and was the most thorough and knowledgeable of them all!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. My husband is the one who met with them, got the quote etc., so I was skeptical (because I think I know best). My husband distinctly wanted the Mitsubishi brand (when I called around I couldn't find a company that carried it). They installed 2 split units in October. They were prompt, clean, informative -- everything you want in someone working in your home. I was unable to compare the pricing, but after the install, and upon meeting them I know it was money well spent.

We were having issues with our AC unit during the 105F degree heat wave. They got us in the next day. They got everything taken care of in two days, even when they needed to get a part. Really cool service and follow up. They even checked up on us to make sure everything was good to go.

Our central air conditioning system suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Especially on a day where we were experiencing a heat wave, this was an emergency situation. In addition to that, it was a holiday so I did not expect anyone to be able to come out the same day. I reached out to multiple places through Yelp and this company was the only one that was able to come out the same day. Communication was timely, clear, and they came even earlier than expected because their prior appointment ended early. The diagnostic fee was $79 and would be waived for any repairs that are $200+. 2 brothers showed up and went straight to work. My air conditioner had a worn out capacitor, which they explained and replaced. They were quick, professional, and very helpful. I would definitely use them again!
