We called love site yesterday on 7/23/22. We spoke with Michael who was extremely helpful. We had an issue not being able to find where our air filter was supposed to go. Michael explained over the phone where to look. We then decided to have him come by for a service. With in about an hour he was able to come by. He looked at the system and found that there was not a flyer in the furnace. He advised us we would want to get our ducts cleaned because the installer of the furnace did not put a filter in, and the inside of the furnace and ducts were dirty. This is not something he or his company does, so he did not charge us for coming out. He replaced the filter and didn't charge us for the visit...

I know they will be my first call in the future for any ac needs.

The house is a rental, and we had replaced the ac condenser and furnace. The company that replaced it did not put a filter in. So the renter that was in the house had never opened the furnace to try and replace the filter. I opened it attempting to replace for the new tenant but could not find the filter. I thought I was missing something. Thanks again

These guys were amazing from the very beginning. Really happy with their work and they really went above-and-beyond with everything that they did. I can say that at first I was skeptical with any HVAC contractor but they came in with a reasonable quote and they fixed my duct work and made my system run like a new home. Now that we're sitting in summer temperatures it's really paid off and I can say that I have recommended them to anybody who asks for an HVAC contractor in the area.

Coworker's A/C went out when it was very warm, forcing her to sleep outside on her patio. She just needed more coolant and a tune up. Everyone she called had a wait time of a few days. Specifically, the team solved a wiring issue on a furnace and sealed off both supply and return leaks in a 109 degree hot attic! Amazing!

My 12 year old AC system stopped blowing cold air, Michael was super quick to respond on a Saturday morning at 9am and was at my house by 12 noon. After testing different components, it was determined the system was out of Freon. He then went around the system and found the leak at the inner corner of the compressor coils. He inspected the exchanger coils in the furnace and showed me the rust and potential for an additional leak(s)in the future. I was given the option to attempt to braze the leak at the condenser coil and charge system, but location of leak was at an extremely difficult area in the coil. With the high cost of Freon to charge the system, it was a gamble to fix it with no warranty or guaranteed. I made the choice to replaced the entire system with a new unit with a 10 year warranty. Michael and his brother Raymond were able to get it all installed a week later in one day. it's been over 100 degrees outside and my new unit is more efficient, quieter, and most importantly blowing cold. Super reliable, showed up on time, excellent text communication. Explained everything in detailed. They are a local family business and it's just the brothers, they do everything. No random workers doing the install. They followed up a few days after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied and everything was working to my satisfaction.

I woke up to a broken AC on a sunday morning that was forecasted to reach 100°... I was fully expecting to have to wait until mid week or pay a really high emergency price. Michael came through for me, while my regular guy shrugged me off. I know times are busy, but Michael came Sunday afternoon and didn't leave until the system was working. Not only were his prices very reasonable, he was very easy going and trustworthy. He has a yearly membership that includes two tune ups per year, I'm definitely sold! Happy new customer here.
