Nothing but praise for this company! I placed my service request right before I went to bed and first thing next morning, I got a call from the company confirming that they will be at my house that same day. They're on time, professional, respectful, and very patient on explaining to me in detail what the problem is and the solution. We had a main line water leak in our front yard, right on our porch. The Lots crew came out and did a beautiful job. To replace the pipe, they had to remove pavers in 2 areas, one of which was about 60 ft long. When the job was finished you couldn't even tell there had been a problem! Just fantastic and we are so grateful to the team. Knowledgable, friendly, hard working. We highly recommend Lots to any and all who would need their services! Deserving of 10 stars!!

We had to get our water heater replaced asap because it sprung a leak overnight and contacted our insurance HomeServe and they set us up with them and boy are we happy they fit us in the next day and showed up early and were able to get our water heater replaced in a few hours! Overall very happy with the customer service and personal attention to detail my parents are both seniors on a fixed income so just the fact that Lors Plumbing in just under the price my parents had budgeted without even knowing it is amazing!!! Our home repair insurance company referred Lots Plumbing to us as our air conditioner wouldn't stay on for more than 8-10 minutes. We're in the middle of a heat wave and didn't get an appointment for a couple of days as I expected. On the appointment day Erick called to say if he could come earlier than the appointed time of which I readily agreed to. He was here in 1/2 hour. I explained the problem and Erick knew the exact problem. A pump with a reservoir to collect condensation was full of water so the pump wouldn't work. He emptied the reservoir and connected it back. A secondary sensor had water in it and that had to be cleared. Erick checked other areas and after that everything worked fine. Erick knew the exact issue and resolved it quickly. He was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Lots Plumbing for your HVAC needs and routine maintenance.
