Our home repair insurance company referred Lots Plumbing to us as our air conditioner wouldn't stay on for more than 8-10 minutes. We're in the middle of a heat wave and didn't get an appointment for a couple of days as I expected. On the appointment day Erick called to say if he could come earlier than the appointed time of which I readily agreed to. He was here in 1/2 hour. I explained the problem and Erick knew the exact problem. A pump with a reservoir to collect condensation was full of water so the pump wouldn't work. He emptied the reservoir and connected it back. A secondary sensor had water in it and that had to be cleared. Erick checked other areas and after that everything worked fine. Erick knew the exact issue and resolved it quickly. He was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Lots Plumbing for your HVAC needs and routine maintenance.

Our Insurance Company set us up with this Vendor and we received a call back from Lots Plumbing within 30 minutes with an appointment set for the very next day. With the summer schedules being overloaded, we didn't expect such a quick response, which was greatly appreciated. We received a call the morning of the appointment asking if it was ok for their service men to arrive early due to a cancellation, which was even better for us. Erick and Matt arrived within the hour and got to work. The Furnace unit was opened and examined. A part was changed and it turned out a motor had to be replaced. Matt stayed to remove the motor and get it ready for replacement, while Erick went to get the part. The job was completed from start to finish in 2 hours. Great job done for us in such a timely manner. I would highly recommend the company and the two; Erick and Matt G.

I contacted this company about a water heater issue I had. They came recommended and they did not disappoint. The quoted me on the phone since I knew exactly the item and the part needing replacement. They did the work recommended and on time. we called Lots company on Saturday and they immediately cooperated with us and assigned a repair for Sunday morning.

Our home recently had a slab leak. I immediately thought it was going to be a repair nightmare. After speaking with a Lots Plumbing technician, he was able to speak intelligently and assured me it was going to be a less invasive procedure than I thought. His diagnosis was spot on. He was able to simply bypass the leaking line underneath the slab rerouting it, saving me tons of money, and piece of mind knowing I wasn't going to have to tamper with the integrity of my foundation. With the so California heat yesterday we had the misfortune of realizing our A C unit was blowing air but no cooling was occurring. Our thermometer reached 95 degrees on our bottom floor of a 2,200 sq fit two story home.
We called several local heating and a c companies but not one answered their phone. Luckily our last attempt we reached the owner of this comoany who took time to answer whike at a Drs appt with the promise that he would look at his schedule and try to fit us in today. As 75 and 74 yr olds it was a very long hot and sleepless night. At 8 am we received a call they would be coming between nnoon and 3 pm. We were kept informed by their top notch guy Eddie and his other wearing a U S Navy hat. Within two hours they had the outside unit broken capacitor was replaced and job completed for a very reasonable price.
We have used this particular company on 3 occasions and I highly recommend their professionalism, quick response and expertise. thank you Eddie!

Called Lots Plumbing & Erick was able to squeeze me in between appointments! Had it fixed in 20 mins! Incredibly reasonable, & even went the extra mile & used some foamy stuff to clean the coils! Couldn't be happier (or cooler)!

My Water Heater went out on 2/20/22 and I called my Home Serve USA Repair Management Corp. and they contacted Lots Plumbing. Mr. Steve Cruz came to my rescue! He telephoned me when he was arriving and showed up quicker than what he said. When Steve arrived, he immediately identified himself and got straight to business. He said that he would troubleshoot the Water Heater and identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible and get our household back up with hot water and boy he sure did. Steve, is such an outstanding and knowledgeable person when it comes to plumbing. He is very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Steve is also a very detailed person who cares a lot about his work and makes sure that his customers are happy with his work before he leaves. I see that Steve exemplifies his skills and works diligently with his customers. In my past 30 years having Water Heaters removed and replaced by other plumbing companies I would have to say this is truly the best experience I have ever encountered, and I highly recommend Lots Plumbing to everyone (Steve Cruz).
