Absolutely horrible experience. No showed several times took almost 3 months to finish a ""2 week job"" owner was rude and demanding. Had to get a different contractor to finish their work. Do not waste your time and money with this place

This is a unique plumbing supply business that not only has a store front but provides installation as well.

If you don't know what you want or need a replacement fixture, this is the place to go. The showroom is well stock and John, who very low key is a walking encyclopedia on plumbing fixtures. If you can't find the fixture in the store, he'll find it on his computer for you, order it and calls you when it comes in for pick up. I found the pricing reasonable.

Art , The President of the business handles installation in a very updated way, By Text. In my case, the kitchen faucet arrived by noon the next day, sent him a picture of the work site, he texted me a price for the installation, I accepted, and the faucet was installed in my kitchen in less than 24 hours from receipt.

After we had a new shower fixture installed by a plumber, we had to find someone to repair the tile that had to be removed. 4 different tile installers said the job was too small. I called The Powder Room and John referred me to the owner, Art. After sending a few pictures, Art assigned one of his tile installers. We could not be more happy with the results! The tile installer, Willy, was courteous, friendly, and kept the area clean through the work. The work is absolutely PERFECT! You cannot even tell there were replacement tiles put in. We highly recommend The Powder Room. For our next remodel we will just go there!

Wow! The kind of customer service you don't expect anymore. The hand held shower head broke (it was old). It's very important for my 2 elderly, disabled parents. John understood and ordered my part for the next day and gave me a loaner handheld in the mean time. New part was there in less than 24 hours. Such wonderful service. Thank you.

Our guest toilet was constantly filling the bowl with water, which meant the flapper wasn't holding the water in the reservoir. I've fixed these myself before, but this current toilet is ""special"" and I couldn't service it directly. The Power Room was incredible.

John -- in the store, he quickly helped me identify the toilet model I had, the parts inside, and provided instruction on how the pieces fit together.
Art -- the new owner was super easy to work with, sent texts on the iPhone with estimates and line item costs. Not only that, he got us schedule very quickly.
Chris -- the guy who came on site hit some snags while trying to install the new parts, did some thinking, did some research, and found a way to get the new parts to fit smoothly. He tested it and did a demo for us at which point we found related problem requiring him to more time. He was pleasant, easy to work with and kept saying, ""I'm here to make this work. I'll make this work."" And he did. He was pleasant. He had a genuine smile. And he was dedicated.

Good COVID protocol. Needed to order a Toto toilet that was compatible with a Toto Seat. They looked up our model # and gave us options. We purchased it, paid to have it installed (~$250) only to find out that when we too the seat of the box it didn't fit. We then had to have the toilet pulled, re-boxed, and taken back. We ordered a compatible model, picked it up and had to pay another $250 for install. They took no resposibility for the mistake and refused to offer any compensation. We needed a new wax seal ring and even made us pay $10 for it.... (2x higher than ACE).

I would have rated them 4-5 stars if we didn't have these problems. My point is that the ultimate measure of service is how a business will respond to problems caused by them to their customers. A real insult and a great disappointment....
