The best service I've ever encountered from a plumbing company. I used them originally to have a new garbage disposal installed and a broken faucet replaced, which they took care of quickly and for a fair price. What really distinguishes a company though is how they handle any post-service issues that come up. The disposal turned out to have an internal manufacturing defect (unrelated to the installation) that manifested after a few months. Trevor was able to come out the morning after I called, determined that it would need to be replaced, and called the manufacturer for me to explain the situation and secure an in-warranty replacement. He charged nothing for this visit, and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. He then came back after the replacement arrived and installed it, again charging nothing (and I offered!). That kind of honesty has earned my future business, and I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

2 stars for friendly attitude and responsiveness but man are they overpriced. $300+ for a basic dishwasher install when others charge $120-150? I was surprised. So was he. Lords of Plumbing need to do some price comparison on their quotes as well as being able to quote a range over the phone so as not to waste their/my time.

I've used Lords of Plumbing on several jobs at my house including having the main water line replaced due to a major leak with the original plumbing (a job which they were able to complete same day once the leak was discovered by our landscaping contractor). Their dispatch and their technicians are courteous, respectful and most importantly honest! Also there's rarely an instance in which the owner himself hasn't stepped in to handle things personally in the event there was an issue with scheduling. This is the kind of company that puts the other guys to shame.

Took six weeks working on a small job. Showed up sporadically throughout - poor communication. Inspector failed their work two times and told me I should be embarassed by their shoddy work. Was not fun to be called out like that by the inspector. The owner lied to my face when I told him what needed to be fixed and he told me he would do it. He then promptly proceeded to cut corners leading to the second failed inspection.

My handyman was able to get the job done on the first try and pass inspection.

Scheduled a week out and they came on time. The plumber that came did not seem knowledgeable and didn't really want to investigate the plumbing issue I had (leaky showerhead). He wasn't at all familiar with the shower mechanism and seemed very confused with how it worked, and wouldn't even touch it to investigate, so I asked him to fix the bathtub spray nozzle. When he said he was finished, the spray nozzle worked, but it didn't send all the water to it so the faucet was still on as well. When I asked why it didn't work as expected he said ""at least the nozzle works now"". I expected better service and expertise than this from all the positive reviews, maybe he just had a bad day? I don't know but my honest experience was definitely not amazing. I will have to call someone else for help.
