David and Angel were my superheroes! We had flooding in my backyard and needed to Hydrojet the drains, which they did quickly and efficiently. They went over the process beforehand, so I knew every step. They were very professional and polite. I will use them again for all my plumbing needs but will always request David and Angel.

This is a company that does not listen to instructions and moves ahead without authorization from the client and at the client's expense. Following this, as well as the company's inability to solve a problem and instead making it worse, they would not respond when asked how they proposed to make things right. A truly difficult company to deal with. Frauds of Plumbing would be a better name. Better luck elsewhere!

Gabby, the receptionist who answered all my calls was very nice. Beyond that, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. THe fact that I talked to Gabby so often is the first clue that this was not a good experience.

We had a leak and water damage. The plumber came to the house and set up a small isolation area to dry out the affected site. They left it there for a week with no word of when he would return. I had to call the company, who told me that they had to assign a new plumber to the job. They should have contacted me to tell me this!

We went into the area that was surrounded by plastic and found a puddle of water that had been standing under the dehumidifier for days and had damaged our floorboards. We took pictures and I called the company, but II never heard back from them regarding this problem. We removed the dehumidifier, and it is still sitting outside of our house, six weeks after they first came to our house! They still haven't come to pick it up.

We then had to wait a couple of days for the new plumber to continue the job. I stayed home from work to meet him. He arrived looked at the job, and left after 2 minutes, telling us that he'd have to talk to the previous plumber about what had been done. Why didn't he do that before coming to the house?

They had to replace some of our subflooring in the upstairs bathroom. In the process, they had to cut a pipe. They left the pipe open overnight with water still flowing. They simply stuffed rolls of our toilet paper in the pipe to stop the water flow! In the middle of the night, a section of our ceiling collapsed due to the water leaking through the toilet paper, and we had water all over our newly installed hardwood floors! I called the company who said they'd put an emergency call in. It took them almost two hours to show up. They never apologized for the snafu.

I finally called the company and told them that we would find someone else to finish the job. They then charged us $5,500 for their unfinished work and poor service!! We could have completely remodeled our bathroom for this cost.

And to top it all off, when we had a new contractor come to finish the work, he showed us where Lords of Plumbing had reinstalled the toilet incorrectly!

I hate giving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this nightmare of a situation.
