We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lopez as a referral from my husband's co-worker. The issue we were having was that 2 walls in the master bedroom (as well as the same two walls on the outside) had no electricity current running through them. For a while, we have been feeling incomplete, not whole due to this issue in our home, at the same worried of getting a fair and trustworthy electrician. Mr. Lopez showed up and asked what the issue was and got to work. He ran his test at the electricity panel and found no issue there. I thought great that was probably it, and we were going to have to keep living this way. Mr. Lopez said I have two more tests to do. I was like great! So, I got out of his way and let him get to work. 15 minutes later, he said I found it, and he fixed it. Very pleased with the outcome and his knowledge. Will definitely be using his services around the house again.

I wanted to install a new kitchen sink faucet but had a house with old copper plumbing that needed to be changed out.
Mauricio assessed the situation, explained to me what needed to be done then got to work.
He did such an amazing seamless job exchanging the pipes and valves and my new faucet was installed perfectly!
I was also having issues with my new video doorbell. He was honest with me about the situation and gave me plenty ideas to work with, also suggested better home security products.

I called Mr. Lopez a few days before making an appointment. He was scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m. on Friday. He arrived on time. We needed to remove and clean up behind our dishwasher since we had a problem with a mouse who kept bringing food in and leaving droppings behind the washer. Yuck! Mr. Lopez was very knowledgeable, clean and polite. He completed the work in about an hour. Afterward, he cleaned the work area very well.

I must say, it was a pleasure working with Mr. Lopez. He did a great job and didn't overcharge for his services. I highly recommend him for home plumbing and electrical work. We will use him again.
