Well we needed emergency repair again!! POWER OUT, NO FRIDGE OR FREEZER IN THE GARAGE!! Ahhh they are both full too.. I called Maricio at 10:00am Saturday morning, he said he could come Monday, oh no I explained the fridge and freezer situation and he said ""I ""be there at 12:00!! He actually came at 11:30! Whoa I was sweating it!"" We had a bad switch in the garage that had a test and reset button, the old, old ones, he changed it out in about 30 mins...Thank you, thank you.. Oh he was super reasonable price wise no Saturday gouging! He's always fair and so dang reliable. You really need to get this guy on speed dial!! thanks again Mauricio you made a situation that could have been horrible into a pleasant Saturday afternoon...

I hired this guy to repair a broken toilet wall valve and toilet fill valve. He diagnosed the problem and told me he needed several parts. An hour later he called back explaining that he could not locate all of the parts required to complete the repair. He claimed to have shopped 3 different stores. He told me the toilet was old and worn out and that I would need to buy a new toilet.

The next day I went to Home Depot to purchase a toilet fill valve, a wall valve, and a hose. I made the purchase based solely on the description of the problem by the tenant. I made the repair in less than a half hour.

He did not ask for compensation, and he was busy with some personal issues. I get that we all have important things to do, but when I take a job I complete it without trying to add additional costs. The toilet is 22 years old. It will not ""wear out"" for a very long time.

I had an emergency over the weekend i called for guidance and a quote he told me he had other jobs to complete which is understandable. He asked me for photos of the work i needed done he proceeded by bad mouthing whoever did the work and said he wasn't going to do it and i should call someone else. He said it would be expensive and wished me luck.
