I I could give a minus star it would be for the total RIP OFF I just received.
Michael arrived at my door at 10:03 am and walked out @ 10:09am- documented on my ring tone.
Within a minute he freed up my less than 2 year old garbage disposal - and, get this USING THE TOOL I BOUGHT AT ACE HARDWARE to do it!
When I asked how much - he said didn't they tell you - I said no so he proceeded to call his boss.
I hear the boss say $95.0O - and I am floored.
I said no way you have worked on this less than 3 minutes also I'm a senior citizen. Then the boss says - well let me call the office and speak with ""her"".
Five seconds later Michael's phone ring - boss is saying couldn't get a hold of ""her""!
Huh, I may not have been born yesterday but I'm sure NOT STUPID or NAIVE.
I told them I was going to post to Yelp -but, I'm sure they don't give a crap.
BUYER - BEWARE!!!

Update - my reviews stands as us even after a call from Art after my posted review.
I'm sure the call was to change my mind on the review.
HA - During the heated call he asked me if I was alright and maybe had mental problems. Yes I'll admit my first mental problem was calling this company and my second was answering Art's call after the review posted.

Called Long Beach Plumbing as I've used them before and was satisfied with their work. Well that was then and this is now. Called as I have a gas leak and needed it repaired. They did come out quickly which I appreciate but did not test the system for gas leaks and said they capped the gas line to heater. Gas company came back out and said we still have leak(which we get to pay a service fee for.) Called another plumber, took pictures and nothing was done. Super bummed and hope thus doesn't happen to anyone else

response to comment. you guys turned the valve off which takes 2 seconds. That is not capping the line. All other companies I spoke with would cap and test the line to ensure no leak is present. My wife even showed the service ticket the Gas Company wrote up.

Answered the phone during off hours so I guess that's a positive - have a leak in my attic and water shut off. Called at 6:30 AM on a Friday and can't come until Monday. They have reviews saying ""took care of you while you were in distress"" to people who complained about the price. I decided to call despite a review about how they were talked to on the phone because I needed someone today. Why say you are 24 hours in your ad and can't come for four days? I won't ever call this place again.

I called Long Beach Plumbing on Wednesday to set up an appointment to fix a gas line to my fireplace. 24 hours later they fixed the gas line and my fire place is ready for the winter (or lack there of).

Everyone was transparent, nice, and helpful throughout the whole process. Primo was the guy who did the repairs. When he was done he made sure all the gas lines were working and restarted my water-heater.

I found Long Beach Plumbing here on Yelp and they do live up to the hype. I will be using them for future plumbing projects I have.

Had a tech (Primo) come out to snake our bathroom sink. Primo did a great job and was super fast. Very professional and cleanup the area before he left. Highly recommend.

Long Beach Plumbing ended up being way too expensive. They replaced two copper pipes in my house. I asked and was told that they would need to crawl under the house to weld the pipes. I agreed to a quote that I thought was high to factor in the extra dirty work. They ended up not going under the house and and the repair ended up being much simpler. However, I was charged the same high price.

Long Beach Plumbing replaced our aging tank water heater in our condo with a modern commercial unit. They drained and removed the old tank and cleaned up after themselves. They also installed a new sink faucet in the kitchen and new stop valves. Great communications and great quality work.

Primo arrived on time and was personable, knowledgeable, and efficiently got the job done well. Very helpful for me to watch and learn from him. The cost of repairs was reasonable and I received a Yelp discount on top of it. I would call Long Beach Plumbing and Primo for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Reached out for a quote on Friday, they were able to schedule me for Monday. Primo came and fixed the pump in the tank of my toilet in a matter of moments. Definitely will be using Long Beach Plumbing again.

I used them again today, and I'm glad I did. I was tempted to do the job myself, but after Art got here and evaluated it, I knew I would have been in big trouble and would have ended up calling him anyway.

This time, he replaced a shutoff valve that wouldn't open. It literally took him longer to get the parts than it did to do the job. The price was great, too!

I'll definitely be calling them again, or referring them to friends, whenever something comes up!
