I had a bad clog issue today and they were able to send someone to our house to help us out on Mothers Day. They called to let me know they were on their way within the hour. By the time they made it the clog miraculously was fixed. The plumber who came was super nice and said not to worry about it when I told him I didn't need him since it was fixed. I apologized profusely but I didn't really need to because he was totally ok. I am definitely going to call them back if I need any work done with my plumbing.

I just drove down to see my mom for Mother's Day in Long Beach, and when I walked in, I could tell we needed a plumber to come out immediately. I went on yelp, and Long Beach Plumbing Company was the first name I saw.

I called Art out of desperation on a Friday afternoon, and here's how everything unfolded.

2:00pm: My wife, son and I pull up to my mom's house.

2:01pm: Very clearly evident that we need a plumber.

2:04pm: I find Long Beach Plumbing Company on Yelp. I speak with Art and he says he can be out to give me a quote in 45 minutes. I'm sure that means 3 hours, but at least I'll be able to get a quote today. Maybe I can schedule service for Monday. Fingers crossed.

3:09pm: I'm shaking Art's hand after the job is completed perfectly. 65 minutes from the time I yelped ""plumbers"" until the job was completed, and we had running water with no standing sewage.

If this review doesn't make you want to use these guys, then you're looking for bad service. Because these guys are the best that I've ever worked with.

We had Raul and his foreman fix our clogged kitchen sink. The job got complicated because our old piping had rotted from the inside and was stuck behind a wall. The foreman cut out the bad pieces and replaced them in under 2 hours. They cut me a break from the original quote and also cleaned up everything after they finished even though they didn't have to. Really great work.

Just had them clean out a drain and I am very happy with their service. They kept in touch via text (so easy!), are nice and professional, cleaned up everything including the sink when finished, and are reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

Thankfully I didn't have an emergency situation, but my kitchen sink's pipe started leaking water. We had tried to fix it before but it needed to be replaced. I messaged these guys last night, received a response within a couple mins from the owner that he would call me the next morning. Sure enough, Art calls me at around 8am, asks if 9am-11am would be good for me, yes! Two polite men (I don't remember their names) arrived at around 10am, and were done and gone by 11am. I think the entire job took them about 30 mins. I didn't have to spend my only day off waiting around for some flaky plumber.

I don't know much about pipes, but it doesn't leak anymore. They explained everything they needed to do and it was reasonably priced. Thank you!

Jose came out after we were panicking from a noise vibration from behind the toilet and pipes! It took 45 minutes from the time we called to come out. Excellent response and Jose was calm and knowledgeable. I can't give a better recommendation for our issue and professionalism. He knew immediately the problem and resolved it in a timely manner! Long Beach Plumbing Company will be my ""go to"" plumber from now on. Their response time is good and they gave me a reasonable quote for the plumbing job in my rental unit. They were also able to schedule the work around my/my tenants' schedule. The technicians who came over (Primo and Jose) were very professional and polite, and they kept me informed and explained the plumbing repair process (they also showed me the old worn out plumbing pipes and the newly installed one). Then they filled up the tub and tested the drain to make sure that it's working properly before they left. They also cleaned up and left the place the same way they found it. They also fixed my tenant's clogged up sink in the other bathroom and explained to me why and what clogged the sink (showed me the problem). I've recommended Long Beach Plumbing Company to my other fellow landlords, so I hope they will continue to do a good job, charge reasonable rates, and provide honest assessments.

I got home late last night to a blocked main :( We called early this morning and they were there w/in an hour...and it's fixed! I generally don't give too much credit when someone does something they say they'll do, but when they do it that quickly and that reasonably then I'll sing their praises! Thanks guys! I have a new plumber!

These guys are great. They responded to me very quickly and gave me a super cheap estimate. Only cost me $85 to get my kitchen sink fixed. I had a pretty bad clog that I was unable to fix myself. I was able to book an appointment the next morning with them. They got the job done so quickly, left no mess, and were very professional. If I ever have any issues again, these are definitely the guys I'd call!

The service was speedy and fantastic. Right after moving into a new home, we experienced a backup that caused nasty stuff to come into our home. This company were on site within a few hours and rapidly fixed the problem and cleaned everything up. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
