Decent work, available same day, good customer service at the start. Jose came out and pulled out my dishwasher and snaked a shower drain. He was helpful and accommodating. Provided great customer service. He broke the water supply line as he was pulling out the dishwasher but replaced it at no charge. He was also unable to fix the drain clog and actually made it worse but he did not charge me for that either. They would have gotten five stars for the excellent customer service but the next day when I called to have my invoice emailed to me the owner got angry with me for his employee not charging me. He wanted me to pay to make up the difference after the fact. Very unprofessional. I won't use the company again. But thanks to Jose.

I reached out to Long Beach Plumbing Company to get a fix for my house and a quote. It was a really easy process.

However, they took a few days to get back to me. The prices seemed reasonable and even offered to check a few days later to ensure everything was working as it should. I thought that this was a great feature to their service.

On the day itself, they seemed somewhat laid back about the whole process. The project was delayed as a result of slow performance and missing supplies, but when it was done, everything seemed to be ok. I took two days off work for this, I think it could have been done in one!

I highly recommend this company! I had a clogged kitchen drain for the second time this spring, and really wanted to get it taken care of right away. After calling, we set a time for soon afterward and they were very punctual! Both men were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even went out of their way to wipe down the counter and under the sink after they were finished, which I really appreciated. In approximately 40 minutes, they were all done, the sink is back to normal, and the cost was very reasonable. Glad I called!

It was Sunday morning and my my kitchen sink was clogged and leaking. I live in a condominium and some plumbing companies refuse to work at our pipes. BUT I called LBPC, God sent! I spoke to Art he said no problem will send Jose and quoted me an incredibly reasonable price for a Sunday job! 1/3 of mosr companies I called. Within the hour Jose was at my place. He fixed it with no fuss. Jose listened to my explanation as to what happened to the same sink a few years ago. He actually listened to me! Amazing! Keep it local because they care. Thank you for not taking advantage of this customer.

I called different places, even the big names with fancy advertisements. They wanted to charge me an arm, leg and take my first born. Don't call them call LBPC.

We are super satisfied with Long Beach Plumbing. They have done two jobs on our new home in Long Beach and we couldn't be happier. We initially chose them from their great Yelp reviews and the fact that someone answered the phone and we didn't have to wait for a call back. The first job was to change out some corroded galvanized pipes to our water heater. When work was scheduled I was able to confirm the appointment via text and they showed up on time. On the second occasion we wanted to change out the pipes in our shower and we were able to get service the same afternoon. Their great quality work was completed for a very fair price and there was no selling of additional services. We know who we'll call when we need them. I did it again. I clogged up my kitchen sink with sweet potato peels. I take full responsibility for screwing up. That is the bad news. The good news is that Long Beach Plumbing bailed me out again. I don't know how they get out so quickly for everyone and keep us all so happy. I can't say enough good things about Jose, who came out to fix my mess or Art, who called back so quickly.
