Like many other one star reviews you'll see for this company, I had used Long Beach Plumbing before for multiple call outs. This time we worked with Cesar.
We were quoted for two prices on a flush of our duplex. It was explained that if the system was connected it would be one price but if the systems were not then it would be more expensive. Okay, that makes sense.
The technician came out and flushed the system from one clean out and left. When we spoke to Cesar he said that the technician had flushed two separate systems. Then we said, no we have your technician on camera flushing one system and leaving. Surprise, surprise now confronted with video evidence, Cesar, ""misunderstood"" his technician. Worse part, they still charged us the price for the quote of flushing two systems.
We were told by Cesar that he would call us to have us make the payment over the phone but didn't receive a call from him. We tried calling him but it went straight to voicemail. Later that evening he texts us after 7:30 pm and then again at 9:30 pm stating, I have a technician outside your house to take the payment. What reputable business sends out a technician at 9:30 pm to take a payment from a client.
We ended up paying the invoice online (which we would have done if Cesar hadn't said he'd call us to take a payment in the first place).
Overall, this was a horrendous experience and this is getting reported to every government agency that has oversight on these matters.

Called them in the afternoon for a draining problem with my shower, sent a guy less than an hour later to fix it. Communication was easy and fixed the issue.

Extremely unprofessional. Called the number, was then texted by a different number that the plumber would reach out to his technician. The technician then texted me and said everyone was busy and he would be at my place at 7AM the next day. I confirmed the appointment, then the technician never showed up! I woke up at 6AM on my day off to meet him, nothing happened. I texted, received no response until 9:30AM claiming he overslept. I will not be using this service again.

I wanted to replace my tanked water heater for tankless. I Called Long Beach plumbing company based off yelp reviews. I am very handy with house projects but with plumbing I leave it too experienced plumbers. There was problems with my gas sizing. They worked with me on different options and opinions to save on costs, which is very honest and upfront. We proceeded with the work and the job ran smooth. Very professional, quality, and quantity. I will definitely recommend and use in future.

We called this company to come out and unplug a drain. The drain was plugged with tampons and washable wipes. These are horrible for your plumbing. I wanted to explain to the technician to run a lot of water down the sink and shower while he is sneaking out the drain. I'm a real estate developer, I built this 20 unit four-story property and I know a little bit about what's going on.
Before I could even share with him what I wanted him to do with the water, he says I'm sorry you're gonna let me do it my way or I'm not doing it at all... Then he packed his shit and left and didn't do the work.
I thought I would give this company another chance and it was absolutely a waste of time. I called the manager and they told me ""we're so sorry"" and I can go screw myself.
This is a horrible company... End of story. They will never get another chance!

UPDATE: I hired my Corporate plumbers (J&D Plumbing) to fix the hack work done by Long Beach Plumbing. The owner, Art, actually threatened to remove the water heater and threatened my family. I have 3 special needs children and I had to call the police to intervene. What a bully!!
J&D Plumbing of Long Beach did a wonderful job and fixed the plumbing code violations from Long Beach Plumbing.
STAY AWAY! If you don't like the work, the owner Art will threaten you.
Thank God we have cameras surrounding our property so we cannot be harassed and have proof.

He came out so fast on a Sunday for an emergency plumbing problem. Fast and helpful with great prices. Thank you so much!!!

I met Art at a buyer inspection and he was great and thorough. The estimates made at the end had all the details that I needed as well. There was a slight misunderstanding that was on the basis of my realtor, but I would gladly hire Art and his team for the fixes or any future needs. Thanks again for your time!

I got a quote for $385 to replace a toilet shut off valve from this outfit. I was thinking of doing it myself and the valve was about $12 and the pulling tool about $15 at Home Depot. I was a little nervous about doing it so I asked for a bid. I thought this quote was outrageous. I found another plumber who came over in 30 min and did the job plus replace the toilet line for $150.

We had a pinhole leak close to our water meter and needed a quote and repair. We had one company come out and quote us $650 just to troubleshoot the issue. Then stated, ""well this can be in the couple of thousands to fix"" without even troubleshooting it. Sadly, we went through several quotes like this before getting to Long Beach Plumbing.
Long Beach Plumbing came out and quoted hundreds if not thousands less than some of the other companies. They explained the process of repair and were able to fix it very quickly.
So, if you want an honest, respectful, and prompt plumbing company I'd highly recommend Long Beach Plumbing Company.
