Talk about customer satisfaction, I called this morning at 9am. to set an appointment. RAUL answered really professionally and asked me if it was an emergency? I said no I just had my sink clogged. He said ok I have an opening from 3-5! Wow!!! I can just imagine what an emergency call is... exactly at 3:05pm PRIMO & ISRAEL showed up at my house. Really nice gentleman. They where done with everything by 4. I was ready to cancel my after noon errands to be home when they came, but no need for that. They were so fast... I will definitely recommend this company.

Long Beach plumbing saved the day! So professional and great customer service! They were really helpful. I spoke to Raul on the phone to see if they can come in ASAP because two of my sinks were clogged. The floors were flooded with water. In the next 20 Minutes, Primo arrived to do the service. He was very nice, quick, professional, calm, and reassuring. It only took him less than 30 minutes to fix it. All my stress went away! Definitely will call Long Beach plumbing from here on out! Thank you to Primo and Long Beach plumbing for solving me and my neighbor's problem.

My neighbor below me told me she started having a leak in her ceiling for several days so we thought it might be coming from us. Like so many other Yelpers, I immediately used Yelp to find the top plumbers in Long Beach and these guys were very quick to respond and work with both me and my neighbor's schedules.

Primo was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly.

Both me and my neighbor are now much HAPPIER!

So my tankless water heater wasn't working. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called Long Beach Plumbing. I spoke with Art, he walked me through a couple troubleshooting steps over the phone. He even offered to send a guy out free of charge to find the actual problem for me. We actually figured it out over the phone and I saved money and they didn't have to send anyone out for a service call! Thanks Art!

My water heater went out so I called a plumber who has worked for me before. Unfortunately, he was really busy but he knows people demand great service so he tells me, ""Call LB plumbing, ask for Art."" When your business is being recommended by another company, that's a sign that you have developed an amazing reputation. I called Art and he told me that he too was very busy also but he would be on his way to give me estimates. Within an hour he was at my house, quoted me a price on a repair but suggested I replace the water heater because it was old. He told me to talk it over with my wife and if I wanted to get the work done he could get me on the schedule for the afternoon. I called back and scheduled him for 3PM. He arrived an hour early and had a top of the line water heater installed in about an hour. Art is a pleasant tech and does clean work.

No matter how many hours of HGTV I watch, I know plumbing will beyond my expertise. Add in a few building code requirements and now we're looking at additional challenges.

Although I would love to be the jackhammer operator, I'm grateful we found a team that was a bit flexible with the quick changes in requirements we had last minute from the City.

These guys will be our list of ""go-tos"" if we have any problems or just need to do some preventative maintenance.
