Amazing work by Jose. As other reviewers have said, he is extremely reliable and efficient. I had problems with two of my toilets not flushing and called him for an on-site estimate last week. Within 15 minutes, he had fixed my first toilet and did NOT charge me. The second toilet proved to be tougher and he came back today to fix the issue. Everything was fixed within an hour!

Pricing was extremely fair especially considering Jose's level of professionalism and quality of work.

Thank you, Jose! You'll definitely be my go-to plumber from here on out.

This is a rooter service that understands the word SERVICE! I am a property manager and had a great experience with Jose who came out during the pandemic to inspect a sump pump system at a condominium property. He was so informative, responsive and punctual. I was very satisfied with the process he undertook to test the system which is very complicated and was impressed with his knowledge. I really appreciate the fact that they weren't trying to take advantage of the situation by suggesting services that weren't necessary. I will definitely keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work concerning drains I need in the future!

Jose was great! Had some roots clogging a septic line creating an urgent problem. Jose surprisingly answered the phone at 10pm at night on a Saturday, came the next day (actually offered to come that evening) to evaluate, and had the problem fixed without hassle. He was professional, responsive and fair. He even went out to pick up sand to help set the paver better after. When it comes to septic the most important quality is responsiveness. Without a doubt, no matter when the emergency, I am confident Jose will be there. I will being using Jose only for my septic needs going forward.

Jose and his men are first rate. Well, it's never cool when you think you're calling a plumber for a $69 special for a drain cleanout, only to discover you have a real mess with your main sewer line. And maybe we figured something bigger might be wrong, because this had happened before. But Jose was so patient, showed us everything that was going on with his cameras, so by the time we realized ""OMG, we've gotta do this,"" we were totally comfortable with Jose and his team to do the work. He also gave us options, so we could do more or less depending on what we could afford right now. They did a great job, having to dig down below some bricks and some flagstone, and they put everything back better than it was when they came. There are a lot of plumbers out there, but from now on, when our plumbing acts up, we're calling Jose at Logical! And now I can take a shower! Ahhh.

It was a real emergency! I had family from out of town and my tub was completely clogged! Jose came that evening and easily fixed the problem. Recently needed a plumber to fix a leak and our regular guy was not available. Jose was recommended, I called him and he showed up on time, assessed and fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. He is very knowledgable and reasonably priced. I would recommend him.
