Called based on reco's on Nextdoor. Jose and his crew were here within an hour, scoped and rooted out our sewer line and was done, cleaned up, and out before another hour passed. My husband was very impressed. He was very reasonable, too. Our go-to plumber from now on.

I had just bought a house and had Jose do an inspection of the sewer pipes. The seller indicated that it had been completely replaced, but unfortunately lied about it. Jose was very accommodating. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to replace the sewer line in a few days. He was also kind and checked some issues the inspector noted during the first house inspection and fixed them without charging me extra. I liked how he gave before and after pictures and videos of the pipes. It's all on a USB drive and if there is a question about something we could always refer back to the pictures and videos. My shower and toilet was not draining properly and I knew I needed to get someone out here ASAP. I called Logical Rooter and they picked up right away. I've called other companies before and they have you leave a message, but not Logical Rooters. They came same day and during their promised time.

They diagnosed the problem, solved it, and cleaned up any mess that was made while fixing the issue. I really appreciated that they kept everything as clean as possible. They put on the shoe covers every time they were in the house. They contained the mess to one area and even cleaned up afterwards.

I i could give Jose 6 stars I would. This is your new plumber- don't go to anyone else. Blocked pipes- 6pm at night- there in an hour as promised. Quoted a price, then whilst waiting for the system to flush, did helpful things to improve the functioning of the pipes which he didn't charge extra for, just because he's a pro...Please, do yourself a favor and go straight to Jose.

I just bought a house in tujunga and I knew nothing about septic tanks. I had the house inspected before I moved in and was told I needed 2,000 in repairs. I knew better then to trust just one opinion so I had 2 other companies come out for a quote. Jose was the best, very knowledgeable and honest. Jose is absolutely amazing. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night on Labor Day weekend, and I didn't think I'd be able to reach anybody to get it fixed. I was referred to Jose by another plumber (Andy from Andy's Plumbing and Rooter), and he was fantastic.

He showed up that night, at practically 10pm, to take a look at our shower handle. Once he realized he didn't have the part he needed, he went someplace where he could try to find it THAT NIGHT, on a holiday weekend! When he wasn't able to locate it, he hit the stores first-thing Sunday morning and was at our place just after 12pm noon, with our shower in working order before 1pm.

Jose was a pleasure to work with, and he treated us so, so well. Would absolutely recommend him and would hire him again in a second!

We were having back up problems with our toilet and Jose came and found that we had a bad root issue in our pipes. He showed me everything with his camera as well. Cleared out the toilet for a quick fix, and would need to come back for the roots. A few weeks later I booked him for that. He was on time with his crew and got straight to work and put in two flow pipes in so we would not have to dig up the yard if roots came back. Was very professional and the rate was reasonable, in fact he gave me credit for the first job, so that was a nice surprise. I would recommend him and would use him for any future jobs. Thanks Jose!!
