Jose is a lifesaver!!! He did an amazing job to remove a concrete ball that got stuck in the pvc pipe of our pool pump. We contacted nearby pool companies and none of them was able to offer services to our problem. We decided to call Logical Rooter and they sent Jose over the next morning. Jose used the camera to locate the ball and did some plumbing work to remove it. Thanks Jose! We'll definitely use this company for future plumbing services.

Jose and his crew completed a HUGE and complicated job for me and my dad. My dad is older and very picky about who comes on the property. Jose was a lifesaver! We had a big clog in the main sewer line leading to the septic tank right before thanksgiving. He came out right away and fixed the problem in less than an hour! Fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Very reasonable prices as well. Will use again!

Amazing work by Jose. As other reviewers have said, he is extremely reliable and efficient. I had problems with two of my toilets not flushing and called him for an on-site estimate last week. Within 15 minutes, he had fixed my first toilet and did NOT charge me. The second toilet proved to be tougher and he came back today to fix the issue. Everything was fixed within an hour!

Pricing was extremely fair especially considering Jose's level of professionalism and quality of work.

This is a rooter service that understands the word SERVICE! I am a property manager and had a great experience with Jose who came out during the pandemic to inspect a sump pump system at a condominium property. He was so informative, responsive and punctual. I was very satisfied with the process he undertook to test the system which is very complicated and was impressed with his knowledge. I really appreciate the fact that they weren't trying to take advantage of the situation by suggesting services that weren't necessary. I will definitely keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work concerning drains I need in the future!

Jose was great! Had some roots clogging a septic line creating an urgent problem. Jose surprisingly answered the phone at 10pm at night on a Saturday, came the next day (actually offered to come that evening) to evaluate, and had the problem fixed without hassle. He was professional, responsive and fair. He even went out to pick up sand to help set the paver better after. When it comes to septic the most important quality is responsiveness. Without a doubt, no matter when the emergency, I am confident Jose will be there. I will being using Jose only for my septic needs going forward.
