1 star because 0 isn't an option. They installed new Trane heap pump, air handler, thermostat on 10/20/21. The whole system was nothing but trouble from day one. compressor ran 100% all the time, didn't heat or cool, they told me to put it in emergency mode in the winter, which we had to do to get any heat at all. The entire system would lock up and thermostat would go blank. We had to reset the fuse breaker to get it back on. On 6/6 the heat pump outside the house caught fire and most of the parts and wiring melted. I called for emergency service and nobody called back, finally got someone on 6/8 and was told they could get tech out on 6/12, called again and they agreed to send tech, took a bunch of photos. I've called several times since then. They told me to call Trane consumer relations and nobody from Logan AC has done anything to fix my problem or come up with any plan of action. I contacted a different company; they worked with Trane. The wiring harness is covered by warranty but out of stock for at least 3 months. Ended up installing a whole new unit. I would not recommend Logan AC or Trane

First of all, I received a message saying they were on their way. They arrived promptly at 9. Professional and polite, efficient, complete install of furnace and AC by 330. Explained to me everything they were doing, and obviously worked as a team with one another. Best of all my AC is working.

So it's been two years since the installation of the Trane air handler and heat pump unit outside. This weekend I was awoken by scratching and gnawing sounds coming from the down stairs dining room area. Well after some investigation the next day I had found the the technician that bored thru the sil plate and brick failed to seal up the hole they made allowing mice to nest in ceiling between the basement and dining room floor and wall that separates the kitchen and dining room. Also the amount of cold air coming thru this hole was very noticeable. So all I can say is to be careful when choosing Logan and their one day installation because you will get a poor quality installation like I did. Thanks Logan for top notch quality for the 10k I invested in you company for subpar work!!!See the attached photos.

Had four groups out for an estimate to put in heat/AC in both sides of the duplex I own... 2 were relatively responsive, 1 no-showed- but Logan was really on top of things. Only company that wasn't late for the estimate appointment . Several of the estimates I received from the other people were not clearly understandable... Whereas Logan provided very clear and concise description of what they recommended be done and their approach. Steven was especially excellent in coming out for the estimate and taking the time to make sure we understood the full parameters of the project. They were also the only company that really followed up with me - quality and professional follow up... Also received the best price quote from them on top of everything else. They were out in less than a week and completed the entire work on both sides in two days... Honestly I can't understand why anybody would use any other service

Not going to put names on here because I believe it is a company policy, but the tech checked my system and informed me that my compressor and fan were seized. my uncle runs his own HVAC business so I paid the $79 service fee, sent the tech on his way and waited for him to fit me in. Resolution to my issue, replacement of an $80 fan blade. I was quoted almost $3k for compressor repair or $6500 for entire AC outside unit. NEVER CALLING THEM AGAIN!

Never use these guys. They try to sell unnecessary and way overpriced parts. Scam artists!!! Don't waste your money. Technician asked to clean HVAC blower fan. Told me ""the electric motor may fail when he removes it and reinstalls it."" Cost replace $3,000.00. what a scam!!! Why would removing and ""cleaning"" a ""fan"" cause a motor to fail? Inconceivable. Wanted$350.00 to replace a condenser they just replaced 2 years ago. Condensers typically last up to 20 years. These guys are worse than robbers, burglars, felons.

I called them to fix my mother's furnace and they refused to come inside and even look at anything because she had pets! Are you serious? If you need your furnace fixed, I highly recommend calling someone else!!!!!!

14 months and 2500 and still no heat. Put compressor in wrong and had to redo it and still don't work. Now they want more money before they will work on it again. Company is rude and the technicians don't have a clue on how to fix a Mitsubishi mini split system. I highly recommend you go elsewhere so you don't end up like me, no heat and no money and passed off.

Logan Services put a new furnace and ac in our home. They failed to pull a permit prior to starting work. Permit was applied for months after the work was completed.
Their installer also damaged our new ac unit by burning it and then covered the damage up with stickers and magnets.

I dunno. The fan on my exterior compressor/condenser stopped working. They came out and fixed it and a few days later it happened again. They came back out and said it would cost $9000 to - maybe - fix the issues their original failed fix caused. Still looking into it but so I could be wrong but - geeze. Tough to find an HVAC company with decent ratings and reputation.
