Lochard Plumbing, Heating & Air was founded under the leadership of Mr. Lochard back in the mid-20th century under the name Lochard Heating and Air Conditioning Co.. Following the conflict, the founder installed a pioneering fully integrated home heating and air conditioning system for Sidney, Ohio.
During 1950, operations shifted out of the Lochard family farm at South 25A to 115 East North Street. As a result of growing demand in square footage, General Electric appliances were incorporated to the line of products sold.
In 1963, the founder secured the old laundry building situated at 909 Wapakoneta Avenue. The climate control team transferred to this facility. During 1981, Mr. Lochard secured the building previously known as Stop N' Go situated at 903 Wapakoneta. The following November, Lochard Inc. joined the Do-It-Best network and added a hardware line to the retail operations.
Our company now features a sheet metal fabrication shop, an HVAC division, a plumbing department and a hardware retail outlet.

Guy K.Went to their store to set up an appointment for an estimate on a ductless heating and cooling unit. When the gentleman came we discussed what he recommended and what I had in mind. He told me he would give me 2 estimates, his recommendations and 1 for my idea to show me the price difference. It took 3 weeks and a phone call to get a response and he only sent me 1 estimate. The sad thing is, I had cash in hand to pay in full. Very disappointed.

Will you pay a ""few cents"" extra? Maybe, but try to get a question answered at walmart, lowes or menards! Love local stores like this.
