Update, July 18, 219. 4.5 Stars. We had a similar problem that we had in January, 2019, and called Local Service Pro Plumbing again. Our experience this time wasn't quite as smooth as it was in January but we eventually got the problem fixed due to the experience and hard work of David (Ray was on vacation; we did ask for him first). I will add that David came because the first person they sent couldn't complete the job.

Thank goodness for David, who knew what he was doing and completed the job properly.

I've called them for a plumbing service and they gave me a time frame between 1-3, their technician didn't show up and I've called and asked when he'll be coming and they said oh sorry he is running late and it'll be another hour. At 4pm the guy called and said I'm running late and it'll be another hour and a half and I told them forget it. I took off of work to be home and they wasted my entire day. They don't have enough staff to do the jobs and they can't manage it well.

E came same day to look at our clogged sink and was so helpful in trying to find the problem. Unfortunately it seems there are some bad pipes and we are only renters so we can't start working quite yet until we can talk with the landlord but I am very pleased with the service so far and will update as things progress

David came out to help with a needed toilet repair. My first bid was outrageous and David made sure I wasn't paying an arm and a leg for the service needed. He was quick as promised and efficient and got the job done right. Ruben came out a few days later when I found a garbage disposal leak under my sink. Even though he had an emergency call that kept him later than expected, he made sure to check in to see if I wanted him to come that night or the following morning. True to his word, he arrived late that night and made sure my leak was fixed (even had a garbage disposal on hand to replace my broken one.) LSR is a down to earth company who does not gouge you when you are desperate for help. I would recommend their services to family and friends in need of a good and fair plumber!

Update, Pedro responded to my review within minutes and said he was concerned about what happened at my house. He also asked for me to call. I called the office and they said Pedro was on the phone and would call me back. He never called back. I don't think Local Service Pro Plumbing is concerned at all.
