Rizo was very professional and did a good job. We ended up doing the hydrojet pressure cleaning and so far so good. I would highly recommend LSP Plumbing. They called and confirmed what time he would be there and then again to let me know he would be arriving in a few minutes.

Let me start with, ""You get what you pay for!"" They advertise a $49 special to clean out a drain which is one reason I called. The other reason, it was after hours and they were the first one I found with a technician available that night. When your main line is clogged you can't wait long! So I booked it and was told two hours...they called, running late, took an extra hour...no big deal, I understand when they get backed up on a previous job. The technician shows up and immediately starts trying to ""up-sell"" me. I said, no, I know what the problem is, I have lived here 20+ years, just need you to do a simple clean out. He then told me he could only work on it for 30 minutes for the sale price...I said no one has ever taken more than 10 minutes to clear it out. He proceeds. He works it, seems to be successful but when he removes the snake I realized he didn't use a cutting blade, just the cable with a bare end. I inquired, he said, ""I never use a blade on these old pipes, if there are cracks I could make them worse!"" Well, I understand that concept but, is it flowing now? He said it was clear, and it seemed to be. I asked oh, do you have a warranty like the other companies do? Oh, no, not unless I scope the line...so what that meant to me was, I probably will be calling another plumber very soon. The clearing he did lasted one week. This time, I will get someone who may be more expensive but will offer a warranty, even if it is 30 days. I also never received my receipt by email that was suppose to be sent. I knew this was going to come back to haunt me. Like I said before, ""You get what you pay for!""

Great service and they keep you updated on arrival times.

Accidentally flushed a trimmer which got stuck in the toilet on a Sunday and this was one of the few places available 24/7.
The dispatcher answered the phone quickly and was very friendly. They sent out Rizo (who was also friendly) to help me out and he was able to quickly clear the blockage!

We had a few laughs with some toilet jokes, also Rizo was fine with my dog wandering around so that's a plus from me.

Verry professional company.
I owned my house for 25 years so it is obvious that I had work and repair done and I know a company that comes to work versus a company that send you a salesman to load you with unnecessary work.
They sent jack to fix the kitchen faucet, the job was done in a very professional manner and reasonably priced.
They are highly recommend and needless to say I would use them again!
