We just had a new combi-boiler installed and they were amazing. Conor, the owner, is super knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention patient. I wanted to get 4 estimates and he was the only one who followed up. They are priced competitively as well. Once I had my quotes, I asked him to come back to answer some questions which he did. And they could start very soon! Andres came to do the installation and he was a gem. Came on time, was clean, professional, and even let us nose around. They pulled all permits and helped us set everything up. They are absolutely highly recommended! Thanks guys!

For starters, Phil arrived early! (Who does that?!?) Thanks! My concern had to do with roof rain water runoff and to ensure that the underground drainage system is behaving as it should. As he reviewed the project he affirmed that taking a ""wait and see"" approach would be the best under the circumstances. And, if it does need to be unclogged, instead of using a snake and running the risk of damaging the underground drainage pipes, he'd use high pressure water tools. To give me peace of mind, he showed me the tool and how it would work. Local Plumbers will now be my go-to company for any drainage work needed here. Thanks again!

A pipe in the backyard was leaking so I requested a quote from Local Plumbing. Phil, their technician showed up on time, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was provided with a statement of work and a reasonable quote. Phil was able to quickly fix the issue and verified everything was in working condition. Local Plumbing will be my go to for future plumbing needs. I couldn't recommend them more!

UPDATE: I have now used local plumbing to build and outdoor shower. I called the owner Connor, and trusted him to do an install while I was out of town. He communicated clearly, kept me up to date with photos, and built this AMAZING shower (see pics).

We needed a few changes from what he built while I was gone. He sent his crew out to fix the minor cosmetic stuff at no cost.

Love these guys.

P.S. I got the shower head on Etsy and it was 95% less cost than anything you can get at the plumbing store. It shipped from Morocco in less than 5 days!

They were professional, prompt, courteous and accommodating. Price was not cheap but reasonable. Excellent service. Conner, the owner and Sebastian the technician knew their trade and could not have asked for better service. Despite the underground main water break and a lot of digging, they put things back to the point that you couldn't tell there was a repair done. I highly recommend them.

Many plumbers refuse to work on floating homes, mainly because they are stuck in the fifties, and don't know that excellent work is highly prized by floating homeowners. Local Plumbing knows that excellent work is hugely appreciated and sought diligently.

Highly recommend this company. They were prompt and took the necessary time to solve the sink drainage issue. Phil was professional, courteous and very nice to work with. His supervisor, Conor, was also a great help as well. They took the time to explain in layman's terms what the problem was and how they fixed it. Great experience start to finish. Called them and someone (Nicole?) picked up the phone on the first call and was able to schedule a plumber to come within 48 hours (would have been sooner but for my schedule). Andres came during the window I was told someone would come, clearly communicated what he could do and was able to solve my plumbing issue fairly easily with a snake. Clogged hair in our bathtub which prevented water from draining :-(. I didn't get any other quotes so can't speak to how their rates compared to others (they charged $375), but for me it was worth the cost for the hassle-free experience.
