I am more than happy with Local Plumbing. After talking with the owner about descaling my 16 year old tankless water heater or getting a new one with a recirculating pump, I did some research, weighed all the detailed information Conor gave me, and chose the later. Made the appointment and Andres was at my house promptly at 8 am on the day of the install. He was thorough, pleasant, knowledgable and very neat. By the time he left I had hot water at the source! Every aspect was easy and positive. HIGHLY recommend Local Plumbing!!!!

My city will be doing pavement renovations along my street this summer. Once completed, there will be a 7 yr moratorium on cutting into new asphalt, except for emergency reasons. As a result, the city recommended that I have my lateral sewage line inspected to determine if it needed replacement. I called Conor and he was able to schedule someone to come out the next morning (within a two hour window) and perform the video inspection. Phil McGoldrick arrived promptly at 8:00 and did the work. He was very professional and extremely helpful, answering all my questions about the length of my line, where it connected to the city's main line, etc. He also let me watch the video inspection as it was being performed to help me understand what I was seeing. After completion, he sent me the video for my records. Really great service! I would definitely recommend Local Plumbing and use them again!

I used local plumbing to clear a few drains at my bosses home. Highly recommend them! From booking to the end of our appointment it was a great experience. Phil was professional, punctual and answered our many questions with ease. He did a great job!

These people are amazing. I had a significant leak under my sink. And a leaky toilet. And possibly corroded pipes under my house. I was mentally preparing for thousands of dollars of work. Then Phil showed up. The nicest guy ever. He looked under the sink and ended up replacing a pipe. He looked at the toilet, said he could fix it, but told me exactly what I would need to do to repair it, which he strongly recommended, and it would only cost about $10. He crawled under the house (into a filthy, bug infested, 30"" crawl space), spend a while examining the pipes, then crawled out and told me no, they did not need to be replaced (Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had inspected it a few months earlier and strongly recommended replacing all the pipes under the house). And this entire project cost roughly what my wife and I spend on a nice dinner. After he left, I did the toilet repair he suggested. It cost $9.65, took five minutes, and no more leak. I don't know how this company can survive charging so little and doing so much. I only know that I have been looking for a good plumber for the past forty years, and I finally found one. I will NEVER deal with anyone else for plumbing issues. And yes, if I could give them ten stars, I would, They are that good. Thank you, Local Plumbing, and thank you, Phil.

Great experience with Local Plumbing! Project evaluation was straightforward and thoughtful. Communication was seamless and prompt. Installation was expertly executed. Phil has a great bedside manner, disposition, his sincerity is palpable. My family is very glad to have found our friendly neighborhood plumber after 20+ years! These guys are incredible. We had root infiltration blocking an old and very long clay lateral. We couldn't use toilets, dishwashers and anything going into the lateral. Local Plumbing came out the day we called and spent hours trying to clear the lateral by rotoring the roots and trying forced water pressure to no avail. Phil worked hard and was later joined by his boss, Connor. They decided the only solution was to locate and do spot repairs, removing the damaged, clogged sections of the lateral and replacing those pieces with cast iron. Phil came back after his shift ended to try to map out where the lateral ran (through someone else's property).

The next day, Phil and Andres returned at 7:30 and started digging where the root infiltration was. In the course of their work, they also located another section with severe root infiltration. They cut out huge roots, replaced the clay pipes with cast iron, installed a new clean out and left the site looking like no excavation had been done. It was a hard day's work performed with professionalism, humor and diligence.

I was so impressed by Local Plumbers. I will never go back to one of the large, big name plumbing firms that we've used here over the last 25 years.

I would highly recommend the team at Local Plumbing. Our job had some curveballs as a result of part/supplier issues (no fault of Local Plumbing). Many companies might have just written us off as a time sink, but Conor and team really hung with it and ensured the job got done right. Highly recommended! I have a radiant heat/boiler system and it degraded, then died, after 11 years. I got three bids and after talking to each company, I am really happy I went with Local Plumbing. The other bids were both higher and lower (different products), but the real reason I went with them is that they 100% focus on radiant heating systems (I have a combi-boiler). Conor, the owner took a lot of time to explain my options and did so in a way that shows his knowledge and professionalism and didn't bash any other potential contractors - and the others did do that, which I don't think is cool and is a bad sign to me. They did the work quickly, cleanly and professionally and I am confident that I have a great new system. They also take care in the 'design' of it, and weirdly, the new copper pipes and system are rather beautiful. Can't say enough about them!
