They were fantastic with our sewer ejection pump replacement. Another company did a repair but the pump broke on replacing it, and I felt pressured to make a quick decision by the other company. Local Plumbing answered immediately, sent out Noah within 24 hours, and had the new pump installed soon after that at a significantly lower cost. Back in June of 2024 our 15-year-old sewage ejector pump finally stopped pumping. I contact several local pumping contractors which listed septic pump service to obtain an installation proposal.

To my surprise of the five that I contacted only Roto Rooter (RR) and Local Plumbing (LP) returned my phone call.

Unfortunately, Stan the manager at RR was not interested in providing us with a timely and detailed proposal.

That was not the case with LP. I called their office on Friday afternoon and their receptionist scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 9:00 AM with Connor.

To my surprise and relief, Connor showed up at 9:00 AM. He assessed the conditions and said he would have a proposal to us later in the afternoon. And sure enough, the proposal arrived that afternoon. I contacted Connor to discuss the proposal, he answered my inquires and we arranged a convenient day and time to install the new pump and parts. Quite the contrast from RR to LP.

On Sunday June 30 I received a text that their technician would be arriving on Monday between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. And to my surprise Andres arrived at exactly 8:00 AM and began to the remove the worn-out pump and parts. By 11:00 AM the new pump, high-flow alarm and new parts were installed. Andres tested the alarm when the pump motor was turned off and the alarm worked perfectly, indicating the pump was turned off. What a relief!!

It has been now five months with the new equipment and all that was installed is working as I had expected and guaranteed. So much so, that I will contact LP for all my future plumbing and septic repairs.

We just had a new combi-boiler installed and they were amazing. Conor, the owner, is super knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention patient. I wanted to get 4 estimates and he was the only one who followed up. They are priced competitively as well. Once I had my quotes, I asked him to come back to answer some questions which he did. And they could start very soon! Andres came to do the installation and he was a gem. Came on time, was clean, professional, and even let us nose around. They pulled all permits and helped us set everything up. They are absolutely highly recommended! Thanks guys!

For starters, Phil arrived early! (Who does that?!?) Thanks! My concern had to do with roof rain water runoff and to ensure that the underground drainage system is behaving as it should. As he reviewed the project he affirmed that taking a ""wait and see"" approach would be the best under the circumstances. And, if it does need to be unclogged, instead of using a snake and running the risk of damaging the underground drainage pipes, he'd use high pressure water tools. To give me peace of mind, he showed me the tool and how it would work. Local Plumbers will now be my go-to company for any drainage work needed here. Thanks again!

A pipe in the backyard was leaking so I requested a quote from Local Plumbing. Phil, their technician showed up on time, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I was provided with a statement of work and a reasonable quote. Phil was able to quickly fix the issue and verified everything was in working condition. Local Plumbing will be my go to for future plumbing needs. I couldn't recommend them more!

UPDATE: I have now used local plumbing to build and outdoor shower. I called the owner Connor, and trusted him to do an install while I was out of town. He communicated clearly, kept me up to date with photos, and built this AMAZING shower (see pics).

We needed a few changes from what he built while I was gone. He sent his crew out to fix the minor cosmetic stuff at no cost.

Love these guys.

P.S. I got the shower head on Etsy and it was 95% less cost than anything you can get at the plumbing store. It shipped from Morocco in less than 5 days!

They were professional, prompt, courteous and accommodating. Price was not cheap but reasonable. Excellent service. Conner, the owner and Sebastian the technician knew their trade and could not have asked for better service. Despite the underground main water break and a lot of digging, they put things back to the point that you couldn't tell there was a repair done. I highly recommend them.
