The call with Mike went fairly well, and the quote he gave me was reasonably priced--right in the mid-range compared to the other estimates I've received. However, after the call, I asked for his plumbing license number to confirm he's licensed, and his response was unusual. Every other plumber I spoke with had no issue providing their license number, so this stood out as a red flag.

EDIT: I was under the assumption that his ""sewer and drain"" company was a plumbing company. I'm not a tradesperson and am not well versed in the terminology. Asking for a price estimate isn't being ""smart"", that's how business is conducted. He never mentioned anything about subcontractors or that they didn't do plumbing themselves. I asked for an estimate over the phone, obviously I know that that number is subject to change. You are the one that made it seem final. If the prices changes after getting a license number, that is a scam. This is the second review about you being unprofessional and strange when asked for a license number, I wish you the best of luck for your business. You will need it.

I had a running toliet in addition to a busted toliet shut off valve that Mike was easily able to fix. Super easy to set up via both text and phone calls if needed. Mike was super friendly and gave me a price *significantly* cheaper than a few other plumbers I reached out to. He was able to fix the problem in an hour and was super courteous when in my property. I highly recommend him and am glad I have a new go-to plumber!

I gave 5 stars because I put in a service request and he responded right away. He even came to do our job on a Sunday! Mike kept in communication via text and call, this is very important. I have had contractors that say they are coming and never show up. He was also honest and I felt his work was of great value and quality. I will definitely use him again. The fact that he takes credit cards is a bonus for us, we need that type of flexibility.

Mike and his team were very professional and immediately responsive to my sewerage pipe burst. He showed me the problem and explained in detail how he would fix it and lay the new pipes and new trap in order to avoid future problems in the best optimum way. He was clear on pricing and they worked for 3 days to repair the break and complete the flooring as new afterwards. They left the apartment clean and did a great job. I highly recommend LMP and will 100% be using their services in future!

I hired them to stop a leaky faucet for the bath tub. They had to break the tiles and replaces the pipes and faucet. I believe armando came to do the repair. Nice guy thought the job was done. A bit pricey for $1200.00 but it kept leaking downstairs. Armando came out again to re silicone the tiles. Thats why i gave 2 stars but
It kept leaking. So i had to call another company and they redid the job saying that the welding was poorly done and cause the leak to downstairs. So it was a do over work. Ended up costing allot more to redo the work.
