Every member of this team was great. Luigi promptly asked for my contact (phone) number who in turn reached out to Mike, who in turn immediately and carefully listened to the problem I was having loosening the shower faucet handle from the cold water shower valve stem and not being able to shut off the H2O locally at the valve, only by shutting the H2O off via the house main. He fully understood the situation as if he had actually been there with me as it was happening! He quoted me a very fair and reasonable price. He immediately checked who on his crew would be available to make the visit the next day as requested and promptly scheduled the appt. The same next day (early in the AM) Mike called me and said he could have someone stop by even earlier. I agreed to the earlier appt.. So, he sent over Armando who was extremely punctual - showed up exactly at the arranged time. Armando was thoroughly professional, fast and efficient. Armando charged me the EXACT fair and reasonable price quoted to me for this job by Mike. He removed the worn valve stem and washer within minutes, took the valve stem to our local hardware store and matched it up with an equal in minutes, and installed same within minutes. The whole job including the time to matchup and purchase the valve stem, took a total of 25-30 mins. Very polite, fast, effective, HONEST, fair/reasonable and professional service. Well done gentlemen!

I had a really bad experience with this plumber. Would recommend that you avoid them at all costs. On Sunday, they agreed to come Monday to assess, which the owner did as scheduled. I explained to him that there was two areas where the toilet was leaking. He insisted that there was only one and laughed and said I didn't understand. He explained he would call me on Tuesday morning with an estimate, but when it reached 12pm, I had to reach out to him for follow up. He agreed to come Wednesday at 6pm and quoted me a price to fix one part of the toilet. On Wednesday, a plumber came at 6pm, removed and replaced the part, then explained that the toilet was leaking from a second location. I explained that the owner had assessed and said that this wasn't the case. The plumber insisted and showed me, then called the owner of the company, sharing photos and videos. They put him on the phone with me. He wouldn't let me speak, called me ""sweetie"" 3 times and was condescending, then exploded in anger when I asked him to stop calling me ""sweetie"" and asked to speak. He was yelling so much that I passed the phone back to the plumber. He said he has ""ten other jobs"" he'd rather do. He advised the plumber to remove the new part and replace with the old. The leak was much worse after the plumber's manipulation and flooded the floor.
I was really lucky to secure another plumber for the next day at a lower price.

Miscommunication. Attitude. Lateness.

Communication breakdown, poor attitude, and tardiness marred my experience with this service. Despite seeking only an estimate for a leak, they arrived late and entered my home ready to commence work, disregarding my insistence on it being just an estimation. The lead rep insisted on proceeding with the work, denying our prior agreement for an estimate. To compound matters, he claimed an undisclosed fee for their visit, which was never communicated during our phone or text exchanges.

Their behavior was characterized by pushiness, rudeness, and a lack of professionalism. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this company. Their severe customer service deficiencies and failure to communicate transparently highlight serious issues that potential customers should be wary of.

Pro Tip: Confirm everything in writing to back up your claim like I did and save yourself the headache.

You never know about online reviews, but based on my recent experience, it seems they are real! :) Mike answered my call and was able to dispatch someone to our house the next day to run a camera through an old sewer drain recently uncovered after 20 years of inactivity. Ciro was the mechanic and he was thorough, thoughtful and very capable. I'm very happy with their services and would recommend.
