Had a small mishap in the shower which caused the shower knob to become slightly sticky when turning the water on or off. Called Luis to explain what had happened and he knew what was likely the cause. He asked for a picture and was able to get the part needed. He then immediately went to the store got the part and came to replace it. His pricing was very good and he is a very nice man. We will be using him for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent service from an honest super nice guy! I highly recommend LM Plumbing! I called to inquire about the location of the main shut off valve in order for me to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. He offered to come by to show me the location, demonstrated what I need to do, then he assessed my leaky faucet, tightened things and all was fixed. His ""good deed"" for the day since he lives in the neighborhood. No charge. When I do need a plumber I will be calling LM plumbing.

Mr. Melgar did an amazing job, he will definitely be my person to call when needed in the future! First of all, he responded quickly as I needed his services as soon as possible. He was able to come to my home with in a few hours from the moment we got in contact.
My house sewage was completely blocked. He explained everything to me as far as ways to prevent it from happening again. Also provided valuable information to help me as a home owner.
He went out of his way and double checked everything in my home to make sure it was working properly and fixed a few things that needed repair. His fee was very very reasonable, I highly recommend him for any sewage and drain cleaning. Thank you Mr. Melgar

Luis at LM was awesome. We needed our sewer lines unclogged right away, and he came by within 20 minutes of our call. Friendly, professional and was able to detect the root cause of our problem. I called this morning (a Sunday) and Luis (the owner) actually answered the phone (instead of getting a recording like everyone else). He was over in less than 1/2 hour.

I've got to say, SUPER nice guy! He knew exactly what he was doing and was done in about 1/2 hour. i had a clogged kitchen sink with lots of dirty dishes, i needed someone pronto!

Luis was very professional and helpful with suggestions of preventing this from happening again.

Looked up Yelp, requested a quote. He responded in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday. It wasn't an emergency but he said he could be here in a hour. He showed up as expected. Honored his quote. Was in and out in about an hour. Explained to me what happened. Walked me through all of the steps he was taking to fix the problem. Was very professional. he listens to you, he gives you options, he evaluates and analyses the areas and the situations to give you an accurate report of the repairs. The prices are very decent and better pricing than other companies.
if you really need a plumber... this is the person to hire to do your work. you won't be disappointed. He looked at my shower he showed me what the problem was. Looked at different areas and scenarios, and repaired it. After that looked at my sink
analyzed it, showed me the parts that were leaking, pipes incorrectly installed by other people. He did the work, repaired it in good timing.
i was surprised at the fee, it was a very good low price that I gave him a 10% tip on top of that. i wrote his number and company name in my phone for future work repairs... I normally don't do that, but i had to in this case.

So when leaks come up they are unexpected. I work and have a busy schedule so I needed someone and something done ASAP. Everyone I called in this area either didn't answer their phone or weren't available. However, when I called LM they immediately answered. I spoke to Luis who told me what he thought the problem was and what time he could come out. He showed up just like he said, diagnosed the issue and was super polite and also fixed another potential leak in my house. Luis gave me top notch service and I will recommend him to all my friends!
