Reaching and getting service was very easy. I called the number and Luis directly picked up and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day without the hassle of going through an office. He was very nice and even offered to FaceTime us even before he came out. He was very knowledgeable, and although it took a few hours to fix our problem, he made it a very easy experience.
