Luis was great. Our toilet was clogged and we tried using the toilet plunger and we even bought a snake at Home Depot but it still didn't work. Lewis told us that to try different methods before he actually had to come to visit and for us to spend the cost for sending a plumber in. We took his advice and they worked and saved ourselves a lot of money. I will definitely recommend Luis to anyone who needs plumbing issues. I will definitely call him back the next time if we have any maintenance issues with our plumbing.

Wow!!! What a honest a great plumber!!! He was very professional and upfront from the beginning about the job. And after fixing the problem advised me on how to make sure the problem doesn't happen again and made sure if I need him in the future for the same issue he would come out and fix it right away! Would definitely recommend! I called him around 8:40pm on a Sunday and he was able to put me on schedule for the next day. He got here in the time frame he gave me and he was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He got right to the point of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I've gotten quotes from other plumbers and his was the best. The whole experience took about 40 minutes and he was able to solve the problem in no time. He also gave us a 30 day guarantee! Now I know why he has such great reviews, he's honest and gets the job done. I've never given a review before but i had to make an account just to make sure I gave him my 5 stars!

Luis went above and beyond for us with what was supposed to be a simple bathroom sink faucet replacement. He promptly responded to my inquiry, and provided us with same-day service even though it wasn't an emergency. Our home was built in the 60s, so of course this simple faucet replacement ended up being not so simple. One thing led to another, but he didn't use any of the obstacles in his path as a means to up-charge us in any way. I found this extremely refreshing. He seemed to take great pride in his work and provided thorough explanations of what was happening as he progressed through the job. Luis was very respectful to the current COVID situation by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. Personally, I would have passed out tying to do that stuff in tight quarters with no air flow, so bonus points for excellent lung capacity!
I will no longer use anyone else for this kind of job. I've been waiting a long time to have someone I can call ""my guy."" Luis is definitely ""my guy"" from now on, and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of work in the future.

Luis was a life saver! I sent him a note on Yelp at 10pm and he was at our house by 11am the next day to clean out our clogged kitchen sink. Very professional and efficient, not only did he snake it out 2x to make sure it was clean, he also double checked the plumbing under the sink to make sure I had it all put back together securely. We had water backing up in two drains, with a septic system. Did the usual DIY things, had septic tank pumped. Our ""regular plumber"" had recently hurt himself, so I called LM Plumbing. Luis answered right away, scheduled service call for next AM. In the meantime, baking soda and vinegar seemed to clear the drains. I had Luis come anyway. He texted on his way, arrived within 15 min. of scheduled time. On arrival, in mask and gloves, he introduced himself, and put on shoe covers to look at the problem. He tested both drains, discussed the possible causes, and concluded nothing more to do. He charged only a basic service call, did not try to do work that seemed unnecessary, and did not complain about the change in plans.

A very personable, professional, and decent man, who I would certainly call again.
