You need a plumber? CALL THIS GUY! He's on time, professional, super friendly and gets the job done. Lord knows I tried everything under the Sun to unclog my kitchen sink because I wanted to save money. If I would've just called this guy first, I would've had my kitchen back in 20 mins. Gave great tips on keeping our pipes clean too. Will definitely use him again if any problems should arise.

Kitchen sink was backed up and needed a clean out. Luis was very quick to respond with a quote and was able to arrive within 2 hours to do the job. He also fixed our faucet that had terrible water pressure and saved us from having to replace the whole faucet. Super nice guy and we will use him again. HIGHLY recommended!!

All of a sudden we heard our toilet bubble/gurgle while showering. After we use the toilet it wouldn't flush and when we tried plunging it, everything backed into our showers. We reached out to Luis at night and he was able to help us the next morning.

It is refreshing to know that there are real contractors that truly want to make sure they achieve on all levels. Luis was very communicative, asking about our issue, giving suggestions over the phone, and ultimately scheduling a visit to solve our problem within 12 hours of my initial communication. Get this, he didn't consider this an emergency service call. He charged his regular rate! It took me two weekends after work, racked my brain on the science of water flow elevations trying to figure out gravity calculations while including the periodic table.... ( I had no idea what the problem was) After a total of 6 hours to replace all hoses and connections under the sink from the drain hose on the dishwasher, to the garbage disposal, to the P-trap to the Air release valves but could not get the water to stop shooting out the air release above the sink. Turns out there was a real easy explanation, the garbage disposal had an internal cap cutting off the flow of the water down the exit drain. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of seeing the sink. Then he pointed out a hose didn't have an air tight connection from the dishwasher. We had another leak under the sink. I had some leftover connectors and clamps and he was able to repair quickly fix that. He is clearly not in business to take advantage of homeowners or customers. This speaks volumes of his integrity. We mentioned in conversation of some planned plumbing projects around the house this summer and he gave us advice on what he see's in the field as to what makes more sense for a home like this. I called Luis because I was due for a new garbage disposal, and my dishwasher wasn't working well. So I figured that there might be something wrong with my kitchen sink. He came out the same day, replaced my garbage disposal, and replaced my air gap. His pricing is reasonable, and he was very honest. Now my dishwasher is working again. I couldn't be happier with Luis's service.

He was so responsive with my initial call and over the phone helped me diagnose the issue... that he didn't even come out the first time because he helped me do it myself... No Charge!
Today I had 3 sinks draining slowly (different issue from the first call months ago) and my Kitchen sink was totally backed up, I called him again and he was able to come SAME-DAY!
He unclogged our drain in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms sinks for such an AFFORDABLE price.
