I would not recommend this company for anything. They were hired to fix a leak and turned off the water to do so. Spent many hours on the issue and said it was fixed.. went to check it out and it was leaking worse. They came back and said they could not fix it nor could they find the leak (which was exactly where they were) required us to call in a leak detector which was done at a further cost to us. The leak was exactly where they were """"working"""" . Had to call another plumbing company to get the work done and fix what they had 'fixed'. This is not how to run a business. I would not recommend them.

Yesterday was an example of their technicians going over and above! It was late afternoon and Chip our technician worked tirelessly until he was able to find the blockage and took care of the issue. Very impressed with the professionalism of this company. We had a kitchen sink clog, and called Llona in the morning and were told they would try to assist us that day. We received a friendly phone call in the afternoon advising that Roger was on his way. Less than an hour later, the clog was fixed. Roger was knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!

Someone from this company showed up to tell me he did not have a faucet when my appointment was for a broken faucet. At $100/hour, that is ridiculous service. I will not be calling this company ever again.

My wife called for service a few months ago stating it was a non-emergency and the receptionist on the phone said that they had availability and would send someone out within 2 hours. They showed up, fixed our clog promptly, but then charged us a $50 service fee for an """"emergency call"""". My wife had even stated on the phone that it was a non-emergency. When she expressed this to the plumber, he said, """"you'll need to take that up with the office and they are closed the rest of the weekend."""" Good service but terrible communication and misleading hidden fees.

Called mid-morning Friday to fix clogged bathtub, were able to come Saturday with $50 surcharge or 7:30 Monday, came Monday at 7:30 cleared the drain within an hour, and charged only $95. Courteous technician, left everything very clean.
