Someone from this company showed up to tell me he did not have a faucet when my appointment was for a broken faucet. At $100/hour, that is ridiculous service. I will not be calling this company ever again.

Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn't need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

Great company. Very dependable! Great work! The replaced all the old cast iron pipes under the house! Did a great job . Finished in one day. Brought all resources in to get it done! Love them! Called again... Had 3 outside water faucet leaking badly! About 30 years old. Could not take off. They were there same day, great work! 4/5. Update! 5 years later I called them to unclog a garbage disposal and dishwasher. They charged $220!

Quick, friendly, and professional service. I spoke directly with the owner, who was reassuring and very helpful and scheduled our service immediately. Chip arrived within the estimated time frame (under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Awesome!!) He cleared out roots that were blocking our pipes under the house, and took time to free a broken drain snake piece that was lodged in the pipe (from a DIY by my husband before we called the pros). Very kind, patient and hard working. Thank you, Chip!! We appreciate you!!! Would definitely recommend!! We won't be calling any other plumber but Llona.

We recently moved into a rental house in Tampa and had a pretty serious plumbing issue on our kitchen. Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker. They set-up the plumbing service with Llona Plumbing. Eniel came out and fixed the issue very efficiently. He also fixed a running toilet that I asked about, which was not part of his work order. Before he left, he cleaned and disinfected the entire kitchen sink, counter tops and floors. He put everything back exactly in it's place on the counters and under the sink. I was amazed! About a week later, we had the same issue (it wasn't that he didn't do the initial repairs properly, it was due to all the rain backing up from the city sewers). He came back out, fixed the issues and again, cleaned everything and put everything back in its place. He is a very polite and knowledgeable employee and when we purchase our next home, you can bet Llona Plumbing will be our only choice for any plumbing needs we may encounter. Keep up the awesome work guys!!

I can't say enough about how great Llona Plumbing has been. We had a literal s*** show in the new building we bought and were in a living nightmare. These guys were so professional and rolled with the punches (that kept coming). Llona was able to fix all of the existing problems and the problems created by other contractors and got everything done quickly and right. I won't ever call another plumber. If you need something fixed or need new fixtures they're the crew.

I called when they opened at 8am and was able to secure an afternoon appointment, although I had to take the time frame of 3pm - 5pm, which of course meant I had to take off of work. I loved that they called half an hour before arrival, exactly like they told me they would. However, it was a bit aggravating when the guy looks at the leak under my sink, tells me it's the plastic dishwasher hose, yet HAS NO plastic dishwasher hose on his truck to replace it with. """"I went through my 15 feet earlier today"""". Which is understandable, except for the fact that when I called in the problem initially, I said that it was either my garbage disposal or dishwasher that was leaking! The technician went to his truck and came back with some metal hose which he said would work. Fine. All in all, the technician was there for exactly half an hour. I was charged $114 - because that is their hourly rate, and they charge by the full hour. The part (hose) was $25. Fortunately, I had a 10% off coupon which helped a little, but it was still painful. They came highly recommended, yet I'm still on the fence about them.

We really could not be more pleased with the work they did at our home (repiped for water and sewer). Everything from the original estimate appointment happened in a timely manner and they were wonderful confirming appointments and letting us know they were on the way. We had a minor hiccup at the end due to dirt in the pipes and they came back out right away and stayed until we were satisfied. The price was fair and the work was done well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
