Founded in 2014, Lizama's Property Maintenance was created to serve homeowners and property management firms.

Auto racing is a significant interest of mine. Attending local racetracks to watch emerging talent race is something I love. I also have a deep appreciation for the preservation of historical buildings. The abundance of historical buildings in Red Bluff, Chico, and surrounding regions allows me to engage in meaningful restoration work.

The craftsmanship evident in these structures is what makes my work fulfilling. The original builders of these structures were expert craftsmen who employed primitive tools to achieve remarkable detail in wood, masonry, glass, and metal. Working on these buildings allows me to honor and preserve the legacy of true craftsmanship.
