At Lizama's Property Maintenance, we provide full-scale property maintenance services. We focus on handyman services, plumbing, fencing, and flooring.

Established in 2014, our company aims to fulfill the needs of homeowners and property managers.

Auto racing is a significant interest of mine. I take pleasure in going to local racetracks to witness our young local racers in action. I also have a deep appreciation for the preservation of historical buildings. The multitude of historical structures in Red Bluff, Chico, and the surrounding areas gives me the chance to contribute to their preservation.

The craftsmanship evident in these structures is what makes my work fulfilling. The original builders of these structures were expert craftsmen who employed primitive tools to achieve remarkable detail in wood, masonry, glass, and metal. By working on these historical buildings, I get to preserve the artistry of skilled craftsmen from the past.
