Founded in 2014, Lizama's Property Maintenance was created to serve homeowners and property management firms.

Auto racing is a significant interest of mine. I take pleasure in going to local racetracks to witness our young local racers in action. Additionally, I am committed to preserving and maintaining historical structures. The multitude of historical structures in Red Bluff, Chico, and the surrounding areas gives me the chance to contribute to their preservation.

What I find rewarding about working on these buildings is the craftsmanship of the past. When these buildings were constructed, American builders were highly skilled artisans who used basic tools to create intricate woodwork, masonry, glass, and metal designs. By working on these historical buildings, I get to preserve the artistry of skilled craftsmen from the past.
