This company was recommended to me through the American Home Shield and I was very disappointed in their customer service is the worst that I have every experience. Their Tech reported to the property 2.1.2 hours unannounced. Once there he reviewed the property and then provided me an estimate extremely unreasonable, but because I had water running in my basement I decided to hire the company to minimize the damage, but they could not finish the work they kept providing excuse after another excuse. I finally decided to fire the company after the Operational Manager Mr, Parker refused to talk to me about my concerns. I have never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessionalism in my life. They would never be invited to my home to perform anything. I even will be writing a strong letter to the American Home Sheild company on my dissatisfaction regarding the worst customer service that I ever received from a company. I was appalled in the services and expected better services. In the meanwhile, the water continues to run in my basement. Just a bunch of uncaring people. I have never seen anything like it. To all my facebook friends if you get or come in contact with this company please run like hell. They are bad news and I STRONGLY recommend against them. Use them at your own risk .............unprofessionalism at its best..... I am going to write the Better Business Bureau company should not be allowed.

LiveGreen replaced my hot water heater in September 2018. The replacement included code modifications that required a county permit. After the work was complete, I requested the permit number so I could schedule an inspection by the county inspector. I called at least once per week to request the permit. The inspection wasn't conducted until 21 November 2018 because LiveGreen was unresponsive to my requests. The installation failed inspection because the vent pipe is nearly in contact with a sewage PVC pipe. I notified LiveGreen immediately and forwarded the inspection results. After that phone call on 21 November, LiveGreen never answered nor returned my calls. I called at least once per week, left several voicemails and emailed through the company's website. The work was contracted through my Homeowner's Warranty Company so they got involved and also had difficulty contacting LiveGreen. Finally, on 28 December 2018 a technician came to my house presumably to correct the deficiency (he arrived at 1130 for an 8-11 appointment window), . The technician thought he was there to fix a leak and therefore did not have the necessary equipment to correct the vent pipe. He called dispatch (while I was standing there) and had me added to the schedule as his first appointment (9-12) on Monday, 31 December 2018. The technician assured me he would return to fix the work. At 1130, I called LiveGreen (they actually answered after the third attempt), and I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. The dispatcher called the technician who said that I would have to move my furnace so he could complete the work. The dispatcher told me that once I moved the furnace, I could call them to schedule an appointment to have the work completed. I have now taken two days off of work to be available for scheduled appointments and at this point, there is no resolution. The plumber who did the original work is no longer with the company (according to the technician who was at my house on Friday). The company has no accountability and doesn't seem to mind wasting its customers' time.

Do not ever use this company! I had no choice as my home warranty company assigned them to me but after a pipe bursting on Sunday the quickest they could come out was Wednesday. The 4 hour window came and went without Darius the plumber from Live Green. I called nonstop all day and so did the warranty company. No answer, no call backs, no show. Today they tell me I never got in the system and did nothing to remedy the problem. They were rude and unprofessional and after seeing all these negative reviews here- don't seem to care what their customers think. 2-10 Warranty Company needs to dump these guys.

I was directed to them through American Home Shield, they came and took a very quick glance and told me I had to pay $400 out of my pocket to fix the problem. They said it is very unusual for the pipe to bust, but when I spoke to the local plumber it is very usual, because old pipes do bust due to the normal wear and tear. BUT, this livegreen plumbing services insisted it was not due to normal wear and tear without any explanation why?! They kept saying that is what they think and took the $100 initial fee. DO NOT USE this plumbing service ever!!

I was told the technician would be told to call me when he arrived so I could provide him with the correct door since I live in a multi unit home, I walked down the street for a few minutes of fresh air and upon my return to my home I had this hang tag on my housemates door and no call from a technician. I specifically told the receptionist that they had to call me because our front door is out of sight...I'm beyond frustrated as I've been home all afternoon waiting for them to repair my sink and disposal issue. So unprofessional.

Update: they never returned my voicemails and upon my calling them back to see why they hadn't returned my calls I was lied to saying they left me a voicemail (no voicemail on my phone) and then told it would be 3-4 days before they could address the issue because their technicians were all booked. It would have been nice had they owned up to their own failures and just gotten someone out here.

LiveGreen was sent to my home through my home warranty company for a water valve issue. Our window was from 11-2. The tech arrived to our home between 6-7 pm. The tech did not perform any tests to duplicate the fault in which they were to fix. While in my home, the tech never called AHS but he called his office and managed to come up with an estimate of $475.00. I followed up with AHS the following day to check the status of this job. The company nor the tech never called AHS to report a diagnosis and/or to get authorization to fix what we were to pay $475.00. The next day, AHS called LiveGreen for a diagnosis. They were told the tech would call with a diagnosis which NEVER happened. AHS reached out to LiveGreen two times with no resolve. I would not recommend this company. They are nonresponsive, unprofessional and have NO customer services skills what so ever.

This company is awesome even though they couldn't help with our plumbing needs do to the fact we also needed HVAC and at the time being they cant do plumbing and HVAC. They are the best at communicating about times they will be out and if they are running late they call. Best customer service I've seen in a long time, and the plumber ( Cam) that came out to our home last night was the best I would highly recommend this company.

If you want to deal with some real CROOKS, call LiveGreen Plumbing Services. Yes, I was referred to them by AHS. From day 1, they were trying to sell their packages. The company charges people for the services that are covered by AHS. That's why they avoid providing itemized invoice. Since Oct 2, I have been trying to receive an itemized invoice. They deny it. Kelvin, Bill & Katrina and all the rest are in the same team. Don't be fooled how nice they talk to you.

This company was selected by my landlord's American Home Shield warranty service.

Difficult to schedule the work: LiveGreen phoned repeatedly asking to change appointment times and dates, including -- on one occasion -- on the day of the appointment. When I left voicemails asking for a call to confirm the scheduling, my calls were not returned.

Not punctual: They would set 3-hour appointment windows, with the technician arriving late on both occasions (blaming traffic and lack of parking). Very unprofessional and disrespectful scheduling practices, though the technician was pleasant and respectful (not his fault).

Poor communication: despite my instructions that LiveGreen organize all repair authorizations and billing directly with my landlord (the homeowner and holder of the warranty), they attempted to use me as their message service, rather than speaking with the homeowner. I had to repeatedly remind LiveGreen that I was not able to authorize work.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bad customer service. They do not make appointments on time. They will take forever to fix a problem. And when they say they will call you back, they will not. Find another plumber if you can. Our experience: Got connected to them through a home warranty. They assessed the problem and needed to replace a valve in our system. First they kept changing the appointment to assess the problem in the first place -- on the day of. Then they told me it would take 7-10 business days for the part to arrive. The plumbing issue we had was pretty severe so this was quite a nightmare. I called and called during this time and they had trouble connecting to the plumber themselves to see if the part had come in. They said they would call back when the part arrived. They did not. This was a terrible experience, and their customer service folks may not have had a way of resolving this issue, but they could not even validate the frustration which would have gone a long way.
