I was referred to LiveGreen Plumbing Services by AHS to fix my garbage disposal. The plumber, Carlos called me before his arrival to get an idea of what my issue was with the garbage disposal and to see what model was needed to be replaced. He arrived at the appointment and replaced the garbage disposal with in seconds. Carol's was very informative in answering my questions about the average life span of a garbage disposal and how sometime the disposal may get jammed. I really appreciated Leon, the company's rep conducting a follow up call to insure my services were completed to my liking. Thank you LiveGreen for my making my experience a smooth one!

A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! I encountered LiveGreen as result of a backed-up toilet claim through my warranty company. The entire experience was terrible! First, Carlos showed up and assessed the situation. He suggested installing an outlet on the main sewer pipe for $500, so that the warranty company would pay for the snaking and any future drain stoppages. We paid the $500 and he tried to snake the line, but the toilet was still stopped up. He then attempted to snake from the toilet, which I suggested in the first place. However, that cost another $550 because he had to pull the toilet. After two hours, he was able to get the toilet unstopped. Based on the stuff he pulled from the drain he suggested that we ""camera"" the line because there was a possible break in the line. TWO DAYS LATER, the same toilet stopped up again! The manager wanted to charge us $500 to camera the line, but I was able to get him to agree to snake the line again for free. The tech, Donnell, showed up 1 hour outside of the time range and had a nasty attitude. He refused to snake the line, claiming that the line was charged and sewage would spill onto the floor. So we rescheduled, but the next technician was 2 hours late. I canceled the service and called my normal plumber, who snaked the line one time for $450 and removed everything from the sewer line. There was no need to camera the line and no sewage spilled out of the toilet. I wish I had read these reviews before I allowed this company to perform work for me. They are a RIP-OFF.

I purchased a toilet from Home Depot and was happy that they offered installation services provided by Livegreen plumbing services. First let me start off by saying everyone from the customer service representative to the plumbers were awesome. Carlos and Gene were very professional. It didn't take them no time to install my new toilet. Thank you Carlos and Gene I love my new toilet.

Livegreen Plumbing came by Friday morning IAW the contract with my home warranty to troubleshoot my faulty hot water heater. All they did was take pictures of the water heater and come back upstairs. They did no troubleshooting. They then told me the warranty company would do nothing since the water heater is still producing luke warm water. They then told me their company could replace the water heater for $1600-1700 if I wanted to pay them. They stated the parts to fix it were hard to find and probably too expensive. They cited this as another reason it would not be covered. I told them I could not afford that and would be contacting the warranty company. They asked for my deductible and left. I have an additional witness to all of this.

On Monday Livegreen Plumbing left a message for me. I called and they told me they were going to send a report to the home warranty company stating the water heater was working and preventive maintenance was not covered.

I contacted the home warranty company. They put me on hold and contacted Livegreen Plumbing and they told him they had never been in my home yet. I do have them on video showing up and entering/exiting the house on Friday. I told the home warranty company Live Green lied and I had the receipt and footage.

Live Green Plumbing did not only not troubleshoot the hot water heater, they tried to bypass the warranty company and sell me a new one on the side while lying about whether it was covered or not, and then they stated they had never been here despite taking my money and being on video. The company has fraudulent business practices and should never be used. The have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Was assigned LiveGreen by my home warranty company for leak under the sink. Carlos did a wonderful job, and his boss Bill was very cool (Bill didn't come; Carlos called him for some questions/issues). Highly recommend!

I am unsure of where to start. I have had issues with the installation of my hot water heater since the day it was installed. I never thought a company could be so uncaring, inconsiderate, an unprofessional. I regret ever using this company. I am so upset. My hot water heater they installed failed inspection from WSSC. Afterwards, it proceeded to leak puddles of water unto the laundry room floor. I never experienced any issues with my old hot water heater and only replaced it because it was the original. I am now waiting for the technician to come service my hot water heater that is pooling water in my laundry room. The window was 2-5 pm. It is now 5:11 pm and no one has arrived nor called. They will not answer my calls. I do not know whether I need to lawyer up at this time. I feel I am dealing with pure wickedness. I pray this passes soon. Let me say again I regret having used this company. You live and you learn.

I use them to fix my leaking toilet and a bad valve for the toilet. They ( Dennel and Frank) came and spent about two hours to replace the valve and the flushing system for the toilet. However, I found the toilet was still leaking after frequent use. They came back the next day to replace the whole flushing system to get it work. I think they work very hard to fix the problem and they are friendly to answer my questions.

I purchased a new toilet and luckily Home Depot was able to provide me installation services by LiveGreen Plumbing. The plumber that they sent was punctual, professional and courteous. I was so impressed with Carlos Lemous's work I decided to replace another toilet (total 2), kitchen disposal, and bathroom faucet.
My experience was the same the second time he came to complete the additional work.
I have also recommended him to my sister-in-law who lives in Virginia. She has asked for him by name as well.

I would only recommend GOOD, HONEST and PROFESSIONAL work. I have had many bad experiences and would only do this as a courtesy to others looking for reliable plumbing services.

These guys are so dishonest, DO NOT USE THEM! They were recommended by our home warranty service to come fix our water heater. They wanted to charge us $1100 to change out a $30 part. I was talked down to by the technician. They were rude and unprofessional.

LiveGreen was contracted on a warranty job at my home in March. After cutting two giant holes in the ceiling, they diagnosed the cause of a leak as an issue with caulking the shower escutcheon plate. They did not do the caulking to confirm that this was the problem. They did not touch the plate or any fixtures at all. I found, after very little effort, that the escutcheon plate had a built-in seal that had broken - and reaplaced the entire thing myself. The plumbler didn't check any of this. So - they collected the deductible from me and left. Months later (August now) they still hadn't given the invoice to the warranty company. I had call for weeks to get them to do their part.

Best yet - they told the warranty company that the two giant holes they put in my ceiling were ""consequential damage"" - and the leak was my fault. Warranty company then refused to cover the drywall repair. The lack of effort and responsibility are disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
