I was told the technician would be told to call me when he arrived so I could provide him with the correct door since I live in a multi unit home, I walked down the street for a few minutes of fresh air and upon my return to my home I had this hang tag on my housemates door and no call from a technician. I specifically told the receptionist that they had to call me because our front door is out of sight...I'm beyond frustrated as I've been home all afternoon waiting for them to repair my sink and disposal issue. So unprofessional.
Update: they never returned my voicemails and upon my calling them back to see why they hadn't returned my calls I was lied to saying they left me a voicemail (no voicemail on my phone) and then told it would be 3-4 days before they could address the issue because their technicians were all booked. It would have been nice had they owned up to their own failures and just gotten someone out here.
LiveGreen was sent to my home through my home warranty company for a water valve issue. Our window was from 11-2. The tech arrived to our home between 6-7 pm. The tech did not perform any tests to duplicate the fault in which they were to fix. While in my home, the tech never called AHS but he called his office and managed to come up with an estimate of $475.00. I followed up with AHS the following day to check the status of this job. The company nor the tech never called AHS to report a diagnosis and/or to get authorization to fix what we were to pay $475.00. The next day, AHS called LiveGreen for a diagnosis. They were told the tech would call with a diagnosis which NEVER happened. AHS reached out to LiveGreen two times with no resolve. I would not recommend this company. They are nonresponsive, unprofessional and have NO customer services skills what so ever.
This company is awesome even though they couldn't help with our plumbing needs do to the fact we also needed HVAC and at the time being they cant do plumbing and HVAC. They are the best at communicating about times they will be out and if they are running late they call. Best customer service I've seen in a long time, and the plumber ( Cam) that came out to our home last night was the best I would highly recommend this company.
If you want to deal with some real CROOKS, call LiveGreen Plumbing Services. Yes, I was referred to them by AHS. From day 1, they were trying to sell their packages. The company charges people for the services that are covered by AHS. That's why they avoid providing itemized invoice. Since Oct 2, I have been trying to receive an itemized invoice. They deny it. Kelvin, Bill & Katrina and all the rest are in the same team. Don't be fooled how nice they talk to you.
This company was selected by my landlord's American Home Shield warranty service.
Difficult to schedule the work: LiveGreen phoned repeatedly asking to change appointment times and dates, including -- on one occasion -- on the day of the appointment. When I left voicemails asking for a call to confirm the scheduling, my calls were not returned.
Not punctual: They would set 3-hour appointment windows, with the technician arriving late on both occasions (blaming traffic and lack of parking). Very unprofessional and disrespectful scheduling practices, though the technician was pleasant and respectful (not his fault).
Poor communication: despite my instructions that LiveGreen organize all repair authorizations and billing directly with my landlord (the homeowner and holder of the warranty), they attempted to use me as their message service, rather than speaking with the homeowner. I had to repeatedly remind LiveGreen that I was not able to authorize work.
Bright S.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bad customer service. They do not make appointments on time. They will take forever to fix a problem. And when they say they will call you back, they will not. Find another plumber if you can. Our experience: Got connected to them through a home warranty. They assessed the problem and needed to replace a valve in our system. First they kept changing the appointment to assess the problem in the first place -- on the day of. Then they told me it would take 7-10 business days for the part to arrive. The plumbing issue we had was pretty severe so this was quite a nightmare. I called and called during this time and they had trouble connecting to the plumber themselves to see if the part had come in. They said they would call back when the part arrived. They did not. This was a terrible experience, and their customer service folks may not have had a way of resolving this issue, but they could not even validate the frustration which would have gone a long way.
Fast dependable and reliable service. Thank you so much Charles and Demell for removing the stoppage of my kitchen sink. Being without a sink for 4 days and I placed the service call Wednesday night and received a call for service the following morning.
Very grateful!

Charles and Mike did an exceptional job of identifying the source of my plumbing leak. They kept me informed every step of the way through every process explained everything in detail. I had questions and they were pleasant with the answers. Wonderful guys to work with.
Beth W.We were directed to this company through our landlord's home warranty. Something was wrong with our water heater and turned out it needed a replacement part. Our tech said his boss would be in touch with us to let us know when the part would be available. We heard back a couple of days later just telling us that they were still waiting to find out.
So we went a week without hot water. Then we were out of town for a week on a planned vacation. When we came back, I called the company and the person on the phone said she would call back once she found out what the status on the part was. She didn't call back, so later that afternoon I followed up and the person I talked to that time (not the same as who I had talked to earlier that morning) said she would find out and call me back the next day with the info. She also did not call me back. When I called to follow up the next day (around late afternoon), the company did not answer the phone. I called the tech and he just said ""The part has been ordered, but you need to call the company for more information.""
Pretty annoyed at this point, I updated our landlord and he somehow got through to them after about 24 hours with a different phone number than what we had and found out the part was on back-order. No one from the company thought to tell us this or keep us updated at all -- for two weeks. And while the women who answered the phone earlier in the week were extremely nice and sounded like they would be helpful, they never did what they said they would do which is call us back with some kind of update.
Thank goodness our landlord just changed out the water heater completely so we didn't have to wait for a new part and/or deal with LiveGreen.
Latysha S.So,Back in January had this company come out to my home through a warranty after paying them nearly 3000 dollars with a year warranty repair is still not complete. Currently there is water leaking again in my basement and my children are potentially are going to be exposed to mold. They missed 3 scheduled appointments to make corrective repairs and will not return any of my calls. I had the floors and walls repaired after they finished the job now as a result of water damaged the walls and floor will have to be replaced again. I can no longer use my washer... so look at the pictures what happens when wash.
