I have worked with these guys a handful of time and I couldn't be happier with their service. There sales rep Meghan was so kind and was able to get a plumber out right away for a scoping.

They sent out Mike who was on-time, very knowledgeable, and was able to get all the work done in a speedy manner.

I clearly explained the problems over the phone. They very easily could have told me that those services are not covered over the phone. But instead they showed up just to waste my time and money tell me that the service I requested was not supported and then stuck their hand out asking for money.

I experienced nothing but excellent customer service with this company. I had to make several calls and the ladies who helped me were patient and kind. The service we needed was to get a cast iron clean out pipe camera'd to see what kind of shape it was in. Mike and his partner came out and did the job, always providing explanations. Mike was thorough and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Hopefully we won't need to call him again, but will definitely use him and his company in the future.

I cant say enough about Mike the owner, or Keone the tech that was just here or Megan in the office. They are incredible helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, fast and honest. I have used Little Big Plumbing several times and the level of service I received consistently exceeds my expectations. I never like needing a plumber but it is reassuring know it that when the plumber arrives the anxiety will soon be over.

Mike Wessel, the owner of this great firm, came out personally to our home to do some custom repairs of our very expensive gold fixtures. His work was efficient and fast. I appreciated that he called ahead to say he's on his way. I highly recommend you call them.

I contacted 9 plumbers on the island. Michael replied fast, organised a time for me next day and Tom (the plumber who came out) was a nice guy, did the job quick and was very personable.

We saw good reviews on yelp so we decided to go with them and they really were great! We were able to get an appointment within a couple days (there was no urgency) and they were able to fix the problem within an hour of being here on 2 toilets! Will definitely will use them again in the future :)

Punctual, professional, friendly, fair, honest, quality work done quickly and neatly.

Bren returned my call quickly and was knowledgable and friendly. Chris came on time and was professional and courteous. He was able to assess and address the problems I had in my apartment and was even able to resolve a couple during the estimate call! This was huge for me!

Definitely recommend this company!
