Awesome! Chose Little Big Plumbing based on reviews and comments on two different sites. Punctual, professional, friendly, fair, honest, quality work done quickly and neatly. Bren returned my call quickly and was knowledgable and friendly. Chris came on time and was professional and courteous. He was able to assess and address the problems I had in my apartment and was even able to resolve a couple during the estimate call! This was huge for me! Definitely recommend this company!

After trying three different bottles of heavy duty chemicals and attempting to snake the shower drain myself, I broke down and called a plumber. I called at 9 am, left a message, and within an hour I got a courteous call back. We sheduled an afternoon appointment (6-8pm). I got a call from the technician at 3pm telling me that there was an opening but I was knee deep in my job (very much appreciated the call). The tech arrived at 7:30pm with average tools. After a half hour of persistence, Mike (tech# 3000), went back to his van and brought out the big guns. SUCCESS! We all breathed a sigh of relief while watching the standing water drain away. The technician just left the house. Mike, thank you for being positive, persistent and professional. I would definitely reccomend Little Big Plumbing to anyone and I would use them again.

Little Big Plumbing deserves its many positive reviews: they were very professional in every respect, from how they answered the phone and returned calls immediately, how their plumbers, Chris and Josh, called me to let me know when they would be coming, to the work they performed in quickly diagnosing and repairing my leak problem. Chris and Josh were excellent. I am delighted to know who I can call if I ever have another plumbing problem.

There's a reason that Little Big Plumbing (LBP) has so many positive Yelp reviews. From beginning to end, my experience with LBP was a very positive one. Brendalyn was very diligent in contacting me to schedule a visit. I was told Mike would arrive between 2and 4pm, and at 1:45pm, I got a call from Mike saying he was on his way. When Mike arrived, his demeanor and professionalism were exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the particular issue I had called about and even referred me to local parts places to save money in the future. Our shower leak was repaired, and the whole process (even the payment) were pain-free! I would highly recommend LBP to anyone who has plumbing needs. Punctual: Yes Quality Work: Yes Professionalism: Yes Fair pricing: Yes Thanks LBP - I hope I don't have to call you anytime soon :)! But if I do, I know we'll be in good hands.

I had such a positive, initial first encounter with Mike and Brendalyn of Little Big Plumbing. He did seem very nice and patient, and willing to go through all the things wrong with our solar water heater. It is 120 gallons and in a tight spot. I had such high hopes that he and his staff would be able to help us and take on this job (@ one of the higher bids, btw). He emailed the invoice, we thought about it for a day and decided to go with his company. Then, SUPRISE! I get a phone call from Mike the next day saying he didn't feel comfortable dealing with such a large heater and the potential it had for damaging the house as they tried to bring it out and down the stairs. He and his crew were all small guys, he said, about 150 lbs each. He even wanted us to go with a smaller heater, even though 7 people depend on it for hot water and, clearly that would've been a struggle. He left us high and dry (pun intended) with only a referral to Ponchos Solar. He wasted mine and my family's time. Meanwhile I'm heating up water in my microwave to give my 15 month old a bath at night. He really did disappoint us. So I really don't know what kind of work they do, because he refused to do it. He should've refused from the very beginning and not wasted our time. The funny thing is we are planning a number of plumbing jobs to refurbish our home and as a result, we don't trust him and have to start from scratch to find a new plumber.

There is absolutely nothing LITTLE about the heart, expertise, competency and aloha of this company. Based upon the YELP reviews, I called this morning about my leak, was greeted warmly and was scheduled in for an early evening appointment. Michael was incredible, he got to the problem very quickly, which masked a much larger problem. With gusto he attacked the clogged drain. In all of our years of calling folks in to help with the drain, this is first time someone got under the house, opened up the pipes and flushed away the madness. They will be my go-to people from now on! Not only did he take care of business, Michael, our archangel, did customer education, discussed on corrosive home remedies for our pipes and was a genuine good sport about being followed around incessantly by my son. Not only is he great with pipes, drains, plumbing, he's incredible with young adults with autism. Michael for Mayor!

We saw good reviews on yelp so we decided to go with them and they really were great! We were able to get an appointment within a couple days (there was no urgency) and they were able to fix the problem within an hour of being here on 2 toilets! Will definitely will use them again in the future :)

We have used Little Big Plumbing twice for problems with the two showers in our house. It was a fantastic experience from the initial phone call until they were done fixing the problem. The receptionist was super nice and both of the service guys who came to our house were extremely professional and very nice. And were able to fix the problems in no time. We are planning on using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends!

On very short notice, RJ came to my condo around 6:30pm to fix a leak in my bathroom (after he had already put in a full days work). He took care of my problem competently and professionally and the timely response definitely saved my flooring. Even after I had paid RJ, RJ went down the elevators to his van and back to grab some towels to clean up some minor areas on the floor. I found that rather impressive given that most folks would have probably settled for home at that point or might have even charged for the additional time. Overall, I am very comfortable saying that I would highly recommend. On a side note, their business cards were top notch and it will definitely be going into my rolodex.
